Drawing African Woman With Her Baby

Here is my digital drawing.
Once again, I delved into drawing with scribbles and a few blurring.

I drew an African woman carrying her baby at back with a pan filled with fruits on her head. She is positioning in a profile format.

I just love how I played around with those scribble and what they manifested.

This piece was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and aided with an S-pen. My steps are as follows:

I remember myself on this art. I used to do this with my mother. Now that I am old and my mother is over 60+ and she still continues to carry me not literally but emotionally, I am so loved and blessed.

Wow, what an anecdote. And I guess you do carry your children along as well. Might not be physically anyway but perhaps emotionally n mentally.

Excellent point. This child's weight is but a feather to the mother. She could lift that child's burdens and carry them all her life. Tribute to moms everywhere.
