Drawing A Portrait [1327]

Hello everyone!

Today, I want to share with you my new art work. It's a random portrait drawing of an old man with baldhead. It's just a little fraction of hairs that are left at the back of his head.

Looking at this piece, you could see the effect of light and shade. There are more shadow on his right side than the other side. All are being captured through the use of squiggles. There are also some sharp wrinkles that have developed on his face which added up to his aging look.

The portrait was done with a blue ballpoint pen on a cardboard paper. I used scribble technique to create this piece.

The wrinkles and the eye bags were nicely done, I like the style that was use on the hair making it look scanty, it really portrays how aged he looks. Nicely done.

For that scanty area with the style, it's all about the flow which does magic. It helps to detects what's there. Thanks for observing that.

You have done a lot of work on the eyes and ears and they both look very beautiful.
