Genus Stachytarpheta

This flower has a very large population in my area, but until now I don't know its real name and I'm also not curious about its name. This is one of the tropical plants that can grow almost anywhere, in my area we can easily find this plant in plantations, forest edges or even in the yard. I don't know whether this plant has benefits for humans or not, but according to the information I got from my parents, the leaves of this plant are herbal medicine for cough medicine, but I don't know whether it's true or not. In this post I will share some pictures that will show the beauty of this wildflower, the size of the flower is relatively small but has a very beautiful color, namely bluish purple.

Usually this flower grows on a long stem, this flower grows in a large group so that its beauty can be seen from a distance, but the flower I photographed looks like only one flower, maybe the other flowers have fallen.
