I know this is a dragonfly, but I have never seen this dragonfly before, this dragonfly has a size that is not too big and not too small, its size is very medium, namely larger than the size of a needle dragonfly and smaller than the size of a dragonfly in general, but what is more interesting is that this dragonfly has a very soft body texture, even its wings also look very weak, just a gust of wind can make this dragonfly sway. I myself managed to find this dragonfly in my garden which is on the edge of the forest, at that time my father and I were clearing the plantation to plant oil palm trees.

I am very curious about this dragonfly, whether this dragonfly can still evolve or not, but it is certain that this dragonfly often seems to spend its time hiding in the bushes or behind the leaves, how come a village child like me has never seen a dragonfly like this, is this dragonfly very rare?

It's not a dragon fly but an adult Ant lion, Myrmeleontidae species. They hide in the bushes because they are nocturnal insects
