The countryside can be so beautiful, and anyone who walks around with their eyes open will see that straight away. The freshness of the rice fields and the evergreen landscape—which takes on entirely different shades as the day and seasons progress—offer a very special charm that never fails to enchant me.

And when the interplay with the sky works as fantastically as it does in today’s photos, even my commute to work and back becomes a pleasure, and I simply enjoy being here in this wonderful world.

Whether there are clouds or not, blue and green are simply a fantastic combination that I just can’t get enough of on my drives through the countryside. Especially in the middle of the year, when the rice is high and the sun shines up in the sky, the observant viewer is treated to magnificent views time and again—or, when the clouds hang low, sometimes a dramatic spectacle. And when the sun begins to set and slowly heralds the evening, the entire scene is bathed once more in a very special light. It seems there’s always room for something even more beautiful.

Auf dem Land ist es einfach schön, und wer mit offenen Augen umher läuft, kann dies sofort selber feststellen. Die Frische der Reisfelder und das ewige Grün, welches mit zunehmender Tages- und Jahreszeit noch ganz andere Farbtöne annehmen kann, bieten einen ganz speziellen Reiz, der mich immer wieder bezaubert.

Und wenn dann noch das Zusammenspiel mit dem Himmel so fantastisch funktioniert wie auf den Fotos heute, macht mir selbst die Fahrt zur Arbeit und wieder zurück Spaß und ich genieße es einfach hier in diesem tollen Land zu sein.

Ob mit oder ohne Wolken, blau und grün sind einfach eine tolle Kombination an der ich mich auf meinen Fahrten übers Land einfach nicht genug ergötzen kann. Gerade in der Mitte des Jahres, wenn der Reis und auch die Sonne hoch stehen, bietet sich dem sehenden Betrachter immer wieder ein großartiges Bild oder wenn die Wolken tief hängen, auch ein starkes Schauspiel. Und wenn sich die Sonne dann noch senkt und langsam den Abend einläutet, wird die ganze Szene noch mal in ganz besonderes Licht getaucht. Steigerungen sind scheinbar immer möglich.
