Sind wir wirklich mal wieder unterwegs?

So richtig traue ich der ganzen Sache immer noch nicht, denn die letzten Tage hatten es wieder einmal in sich und haben uns bis zum letzten Augenblick zweifeln lassen, ob wir denn wirklich in der Lage sein würden, uns ein wenig Abstand vom Alltag zu gönnen. Aber wie es aussieht, konnten wir das viele Pech, das in der letzten Zeit an uns klebt, zumindest für einen Augenblick kurz abschütteln und sind auf kurzer Tour in die Nachbarpräfektur, welche für uns keineswegs Neuland ist.

Dort waren wir in den letzten Jahren bereits so einige Male, ab und zu sogar mit ganz besonderer Begleitung. Diesmal ist es "nur" unser kleines Team, aber ich bin mir sicher, es wir für uns alle wieder mal ein Erlebnis werden. Ab und zu muss man sich einfach mal etwas gönnen, und da die Jahrszeit sich auch von ihrer kalten und nassen Seite zeigen tut, gibt es doch gar nichts besseres, als endlich mal wieder in einem Onsenhotel einzuchecken.

Mal schauen, ob es mit dem Abschalten und Entspannen auch wirklich etwas wird, wie eingangs ja bereits erwähnt, habe ich immer noch meine Zweifel, ob das alles so klappen wird, wie ich das geplant habe und mir vorstelle. Aber ich lasse mich gerne überraschen und von daher freue ich mich nun einfach über all das, was passieren wird.

Für euch gibt es heute ein paar erste Bilder, und demnächst folgen dann ein paar ausführlichere Eindrücke von all dem, was wir diesmal zu sehen bekamen. Dabei ist es total egal, on es regnet, schneit oder die Sonne scheint. Nach all dem Stress der letzten Tage und Wochen interessiert mich das Wetter diesmal am wenigsten. Hauptsache, wir sind endlich mal wieder unterwegs und können uns dabei den Alltag ein wenig vergessen.

Are we really on the road again?

I still don't really trust the whole thing. The last few days have once again been quite a rollercoaster ride and have left us doubting right up to the last moment whether we would really be able to take a break away from everyday life. But it looks like we were able to shake off all the bad luck that has been sticking to us lately, at least for a moment, and now we are on a short tour to the neighboring prefecture, which is by no means new territory for us.

In recent years, we have already been there several times, sometimes even with very special company. This time it's "only" our small team, but I'm sure it will be another great experience for all of us. Every now and then you just have to treat yourself to something special, and as the season is also showing its cold and wet side these days, there's nothing better than finally checking into an onsen hotel again.

Let's see if I can really switch off and relax, because as I mentioned at the beginning, I still have my doubts as to whether it will all work out as I had planned and imagined. But I like to be surprised and so I'm just looking forward to everything that's going to happen.

Here are a few first pictures for you today, followed soon by a few more detailed impressions of everything we got to see this time. It doesn't matter whether it's raining, snowing or the sun is shining. After all the stress of the last few days and weeks, I'm least interested in the weather this time. The main priority is that we're finally out and about again and that we can forget the daily grind for a while.
