Even the rice fields still play along =/= Auch die Reisfelder spielen noch mit 👹🍣🎎 Wonderful Japan ENG-GER

The time of the golden rice fields is actually long gone, but somehow it always seems to me that we are getting a very special extra bonus this year. The rice harvest in our part of the country usually takes place in September and then most of the fields lie fallow until spring, presenting themselves in a rather inhospitable and not exactly attractive brown color. This autumn, however, many of the rice stalks simply continued to grow after the harvest and were often still in their late summer colors. This is why we were able to enjoy many golden-yellow carpets in the countryside throughout the fall, which did not grow quite as high and dense as before the harvest, but still offered a wonderful and fascinating sight.

The mild weather now seems to be over for good, so the scenery will now change for sure. But a few days ago the landscape around us once again presented itself in all its beauty, and I was in the middle of it. The sun was shining from the sky once again and the fields were glowing like in their best days. And I just couldn't help but stop and look.

Die Zeit der goldenen Reisfelder ist eigentlich schon lange vorbei, aber irgendwie erscheint es mir immer wieder, dass wir in diesem Jahr einen ganz besonderen Nachschlag erhalten. Die Reisernte erfolgt in unserem Teil des Landes normalerweise im September und anschließend liegen die meisten Felder bis zum Frühling brach und präsentieren sich in einem eher unwirtlichen und nicht gerade attraktiven Braun. In diesem Herbst sind aber viele der Reisstrünke nach der Ernte einfach weitergewachsen und haben sich bis zuletzt oft in ihren spätsommerlichen Farben gezeigt. Aus diesem Grund konnte man sich auf dem Land den ganzen Herbst über an vielen gold-gelben Teppichen erfreuen, welche zwar nicht ganz so hoch und dicht wuchsen wie bis zur Ernte, aber doch weiterhin einen wundervollen und faszinierenden Anblick boten.

Das milde Wetter scheint nun aber endgültig vorbei zu sein, so dass sich die Szenerie nun doch ändern wird, aber vor ein paar Tagen präsentierte sich die Landschaft um uns herum noch einmal in all ihrer Schönheit. Die Sonne strahlte noch einmal vom Himmel und die Felder leuchteten wie in ihren besten Zeiten. Und ich konnte einfach nicht anders, als anzuhalten und hinzusehen.

At the end of the field is a small row of persimmon trees, whose orange fruits are supposed to be picked in the fall. But there were still lots of persimmons hanging from these trees, creating their very own ornamental touches in this beautiful scenery in front of me. Perhaps it is autumn that paints the most beautiful pictures after all, even though I always say that I prefer spring. At least at the moment the atmosphere is incredibly intense and definitely more melancholy than at other times of the year. This is probably due to the coming winter, which will bring us completely different pictures and for which I would like to wait a little longer. Until then, I'd rather enjoy a little more of the autumn mood and take pleasure in all the wonderful sights that this late season is still presenting us with. Let's see if I can capture a little more of this special spirit.

Am Ende des Feldes steht eine kleine Reihe mit Kakibäumen, dessen orangene Früchte im Herbst gepflückt werden. An diesen Bäumen hingen aber noch viele Kakis und sorgten für ganz eigene ornagene Akzente in dieser herrlichen Szenerie vor mir. Vielleicht ist es ja doch der Herbst, der die schönsten Bilder malt, auch wenn ich ja immer behaupte, dass ich den Frühling bevorzuge. Zumindest ist die Stimmung derzeit äußerst intensiv und zumindest melancholischer als zu anderen Jahreszeiten. Wahrscheinlich liegt das am kommenden Winter, welcher uns ganz andere Bilder bringen wird und auf den ich gerne noch eine Zeit warten würde. Bis dahin genieße ich lieber noch ein wenig Herbststimmung und erfreue mich an all den wundervollen Anblicken, die dieses späte Saison uns derzeit noch präsentieren tut. Mal sehen, ob ich noch ein wenig mehr von dieser so besonderen Stimmung einfangen kann.
