Have you ever heard the phrase: "Nature is wise"?

Well, yesterday I had a masterclass from Mother Nature herself. It was one of those days when I needed to find a little peace, so I decided to sit for a while with my beloved cactus.

This photos are my entry for the #monomad contest by @brumest and @monochromes

With their unique shapes, they transmit a sense of calm that makes me forget the noise — and of course, contemplation led to photos.

With every shot, I appreciated their lines — it was like observing a precise formation. Each cluster of spines evenly spaced, never out of line, like little soldiers ready for inspection.

Their patterns bring you to an incredible state of relaxation — or at least, they do for me 😊 Except for when I’ve pricked myself on one of their spines 😅 Their defense is unwavering 🌵 Yet they remain a kind of visual refuge, and what better way to celebrate them than by sharing them with you today.

I hope they also bring you a moment of tranquility.

¿Han escuchado alguna vez esa frase que dice: "La naturaleza es sabia"?

Pues ayer tuve una clase magistral de la Madre Naturaleza. Fue un día de esos en los que necesitaba encontrar un poco de paz y decidí sentarme un rato con mis queridos cactus.

Ellos con sus formas tan únicas me transmiten un estado de calma, donde me olvido del ruido y por supuesto, la contemplación llevaba fotos.

Con cada disparo apreciaba sus líneas, era como ver una formación precisa. Cada grupo de espinas a la misma distancia, sin salirse de su fila, como si fueran pequeños soldados a punto de ser inspeccionados.

Sus patrones te llevan a un estado de relajación increíble, o por lo menos a mí 😊 Excepto cuando me he pinchado con alguna de sus espinas 😅 su defensa es inquebrantable 🌵Aún así son una especie de refugio visual y qué mejor manera de celebrarlos que compartiéndolos con ustedes hoy.

Espero también les sirvan para un momento de tranquilidad.
