Hello, dear hivers of this beautiful community! 👋🏾 Are you ready to start the week?

After a very short vacation, here I am again — I didn’t even have time to recharge my batteries to 100%; time just flew by! 🙃
I was thinking about what to post, and while going through some pending work, I reflected on the variety of people who have posed in front of my lens. Most are models, but others are simply people who want to capture a moment in their lives or just create content for their social media.

Some of these individuals aren’t as relaxed as they think when the camera is pointed at them, so I often rely on talking to them. That’s when they loosen up, and I take the shot. A trick that often works is making them think I’m focusing or adjusting the camera settings, and click... I end up with a natural photo 😅

Models are easier to photograph, but as I’ve shared before, each one has their own unique characteristics. It also depends on the purpose of the photo. I often work with some repeatedly because I know their essence aligns with what I want.

Sometimes they get too into it, and I have to guide them back to the level I need. And believe me, with them, it can sometimes be "too much."

The good thing is that we always learn from each other, and that’s why I enjoy it so much. I just hope you do too — and if you’d like, let me know 🙏🏾💙

Hola, queridos hivers de esta bella comunidad 👋🏾 Están listos para empezar la semana?

Luego de unas cortísimas vacaciones acá estamos de nuevo, ni tiempo me dio a recargar las pilas al 100, el tiempo se fue volando 🙃
Pensaba en qué postear y checando cosas de trabajo que me esperaban pensé en la variedad de las personas que han posado frente a mi lente. La mayoría son modelos, pero otros son solo personas que quieren tener recuerdos de un momento de su vida o sólo subir contenido a sus redes.

Algunas de estas personas no son tan desenfadadas como piensan cuando tienen la cámara delante y me apoyo mucho hablándoles, es entonces que se relajan y disparo. Me funciona muchas veces hacerles pensar que estoy enfocando o ajustando los parámetros de la cámara y clic...termino con una foto natural 😅

Los modelos son más fáciles de retratar pero cada uno, como les he contado en otro momento, tiene sus características. También con ellos depende de para qué es la foto. Con algunos repito porque sé que su esencia funciona con lo que quiero.

Muchas veces se involucran demasiado y entonces tengo que llevarlos al nivel que necesito. Y es que créanme, a veces con ellos es "too much".

Lo bueno es que siempre aprendemos uno del otro y es por eso que lo disfruto tanto. Solo espero que ustedes también, si lo desean háganmelo saber 🙏🏾💙
