Hello Hivers 💕💘,

This was also the glucose that I bought from the agricultural store. The glucose will be used in mixture thoroughly to welcome the new birds into the farm. So many people may use other things but this is advisable and recommended. It serves as anti-stress on the Poultry birds.

This was the poultry broiler birds when they got to the farm. I went to pick them very early in the morning because of so many factors like Heat. This is one of the major factor that render most poultry farmer helpless because of it is natural and it also comes uninvited. When you are even in the rainy season you may experience it even more but not as during the dry season. so you must always do your research very well to know which type of season it is suitable for reason of poultry Birds.

I used a very clean water from there borehole. You can as well use a very clean water from the town just to ensure that there is a very good and clean hygiene to backup your poultry farm.

  • This was when they mixing of the water plus the glucose was going on. I needed to mix it thoroughly so that it will dissolve quickly and it will be easy to digest for them. That is what it means to be a farmer with great preparation ahead. It is ideal to use glucose when you bring your newly birds into the farm no matter how small they are. When you overlook days it may bring stress into their body and that is another topic entirely. You need to prepare effectively and positively for the arrival of the birds.

  • This mixture must be given to the young chicks immediately they get to the new Farm or premises or home. This is as a result of if paraventure there is any too much stress due to the journey it will come it down and reduce it to the low ratio. This was when I already put the drinking trough into the wooden cage.

That was the first thing I did when I got to the farm. To first of all administer fresh and clean water for some few minutes before bringing in their feeds.

  • Here we are doing some grinding of the palletized feed before administering it to the chicks. We did not have a grinding machine so we use an alternative with the kids.

We actually used the mortal and pestle. Normally we usually use this for so many purposes and it worked well for this as shown too. You can see the kids actually working on the farm as well for a great purpose to be achieved.

This is the palletized feed. It is called Chikun grower feed. I use this feed because it has been one of the best Poultry feed ever and I have been using it for a very long period Of time. It works best for me on the farm.

When we finished pounding it and grinding it to a smaller pieces then we collected them and use it to feed the young chicks. we could not use it as it is because of the big size of the palletized feed.

This was when I introduced the aluminum feeding trough to the new chicks. They were first of all afraid but later on they started feeling happy as time goes on because of the new environment.

  • The cheeks started picking up the grinded feet after a while. I noticed that this was not the type of poultry feed they are used to but now they are feeding great.

This was where we parked the finished grounded politized feed and it was great.

Aww, they look so adorable and healthy already! You’re doing such a great job taking care of them from Day 1. Love how even the kids are involved it makes it even more heartwarming! 👏

Thank you so much 💕. It is better to involve the little ones right now. The earlier the better for we the parents. So many things will be in the right place if we carry the kids also along.
