This is a new era of good green vegetables that is very nutritious and healthy for body growth and development it is really necessary to consume green vegetables everyday most especially for the old ones who are off 50 years old and above. Not only them alone but for our people who are willingly to grow both naturally without any kind of side effects. Because when you consume green vegetables its natural and Healthy.

This type of green vegetables is called the water Leaf green vegetables. Its go very well in such a way that when you plant just one stand before you know it it will start to spread all over. This is the essence of a very good viable seed. It is one of the best green vegetables we have in Nigeria and in Africa as a whole. There are a lot of other good, great green vegetables as well. But this, one of the best you can see around.

I planted this inside the mobile Seedbed which always gives me more privilege to have easy access to them always. I always Harvest the seeds easily as well.

It has alot of importance to the body though its called Water leaf. Why they call it this name is that it has alot of water in it. Yes, when you touch it and cut it. It will bring out more natural juice and water. Yes. You can give a trial.

Water leaf is very common here in my state because it's goes with long with different kinds of soup.

One thing I have noticed about water leaf is that it's grows more during this dry season

Different types of delicacy with great soup ingredients is awesome with the waterleaf. Smile. Your observation maybe correct, but here it much during raining season. More waterfalls.

Wow you've really explain much about this water leaf and we have lot here around me and I love it when they use it to prepare melon soup for me but although they use it as medicine as well... So you've really tried explaining to us and sharing us what you know about it... Keep it up

Thanks for stopping by friend. Yes, sometimes it is being seen everywhere during the raining season here too but during the dry season just few places. Its rich in minerals as well. Thanks for checking on my post
