In agricultural mindset you must project positively with a positive energy in your mind so that even when you have poor seed formation you will actually bounce back to rest on your own seed extraction. And that is why agricultural mindset is also based on creativity and thinking. When you think positively you'll be able to suggest so many ideas that will link up with others even when other people are out of ideas. When you also think positively it also attract a lot of ideas from outside world which makes it more controversial among true farmers. Sometimes I always debate on methods by which you can extract seed or even make your own seed by yourself not visiting the agricultural store most of the time. But when you are out of seeds you can visit your agricultural store to revive more active and viables seeds to store in your own container or pouch.

In my own farmer way,I normally just one medium to store my seed which is the use of pouch. This pouch actually came to my mind so many years ago and it has been useful and in a positive way change my own my mentality about seed storage. In your own way you can use any other seed storage devices or means to improve the longitivity of the seed and of the shelflife. These are the main two things that are really more important in seed formation.

When my planting of Crops is going on I actually pickpoint some of the outgrowing up plant which will be good for seed extraction. Because anything seed extraction you must become and you must also be observant so that you will not choose the wrong plant. You need to choose rightly. After so many months of cultivation I always move around the farm so that I can choose rightly the plant with most of the highest great features for seed bearing. After that I choose them one after the other and I keep on monitoring them to the seed formation is established. And after the establishment I also look forward to a very good seed on them all. But sometimes even when you choose rightly they are may be some difficulties along the line or deficiencies. So you also need to choose again and again till you meet your target for seed bearing and extraction.

• I sometimes source the seeds when they get to a maturity stage before it get dried off. There is one secret about seed extraction. When you leave your sighted seed on it natural parents for it to get dried to finally it will affect the parents plant. And if you are very lucky its may not harm the parent plant so much but it will partially affect it growth. So this is what I do I always harvest the seed and dry it indoor naturally.

These are the eggplants. The seed always look messy when its getting dried up. But you should stay focus and keep drying it until it well dried totally. Then this will always help your planting career quickly.

THE HYBRID TOMATO 🍅🍒🍅.

• These are the hybrid seed from the parent stock of hybrid tomato plant and I have also cultivated some I will do they did not germinate at first planting trial. This is also one of the risk that farmer face. You need to try several times before some planting can actually work. But when it works people will always admire your farm not knowing that you did more done enough trial before it finally become positive.

OTHER SEEDS...

• These are other seed that I also have at hand. It may look extremely attractive to the eyes but it is also costly in terms of purchase.

The green pepper is also available.

Cucumber 🥒🥒.

I also tried to purchase more seeds because I love to try other planting of different crops. That is when you actually know where you are going in farming activities when you try other crop production that you cannot find around the environment. It makes you extremely special as individual farmer.

• This is a also extracted chill pepper that I got from my junior brother who also is into agriculture. He sent me this while I was on a visit to ondo State Nigeria. I also added it to my seed store. These is local made chill pepper seed extraction and it's very positive.

Watermelon 🍉🍉🍉.

• The watermelon seed can be funny at times because you can plant it more than five times and it won't germinate until you try several times until you see the results. That is what is all about farming. You need to keep trying till you see the results. The watermelon seed is also active but because it is hybrid it cost everything to make it germinate here in West Africa Nigeria.

• This is the kind of storage device I use whenever I want to keep the seed or anything on the farm safe. I use the pouch to maintain a very good storage units. You can also use this as well instead of containers.

Jute Vegetable Seed.

• This is the joint vegetable seed which is a very common during vegetable plants here in West Africa Nigeria but for those that do not know how they seed looks like, this is an opportunity for you to check on the seed very well so that even when you see it around your environment or in any agricultural store you can be able to identify it and buy it.

For the Jute vegetable seed we have it in two different seed form. We have the hybrid seed and we also have the local seed. I prefer to plant the two species because it has different leave formation. Even when you say it from a very close range you say that they too are very different but they are also the same species.

Okro Seed.

This is the normal okra seed we all see around the agricultural store. I bought the seed myself there. In the case of okra you need to update it almost every 6 months. This will make your farm to grow very well. When your okra seed overstay like 12 months, or more. It may be invalid. You will just keep trying and it won't work. It won't germinate.

Okra can also be stored within the range of 6 months so that it will still be valid. Anything above 6 months you can give it a trial multiple times before it may germinate.
