As the farm progresses we have a lot of challenges which would also bring better achievements through physical observations. Sometimes this physical observations may stop a lot of negative thoughts as well as negativity mindset about farming generally speaking. The reason being that, whenever your mind speaks positive into your work or profession its always stick and bring fought positive reality. It has happened to me several times such that even at the beginning of the farm preparation my thoughts are always to bring more production and also to enlighten more people to join the Farm community.

The Farm community begins even with yourself, then it extends to every other worker that works on your farm. Either privately or commercially. Privately in the sense that, there are some laborers that are within the family range. The father mother and their children likewise their extended family, just like when I was in another state entirely Minna, Niger State.. I was privileged to mingled among some other tribal farmers that are different from the ones I already know before. Despite the fact that there are a lot of differences like the language barrier. I was able to talk to them and receive a lot of lectures and more reliable, authentic informations about farming generally speaking from. So the commercial set of laborers are those ones that are hired to collect a certain percentage from the farmer either yearly or monthly. So whichever laborer type you use, the Farm community begins with them as well. So, the plant you also cultivate will also give better account of your farm settings and how far your farm will last in duration. Crops like maize, cassava, and some other crops will give you almost the same produce in tonnes, after which you have provide the necessities. I took some pictures when I went to the farm and it is as follows.

This is how the pepper grow up. And with this kind of growth and development you can we rest assured that it will give you the best production. Even if this kind of production is during the rainy season or the dry season.

At the moment, the pepper Farm is doing great only for some portion of the farm where we are what is called white flies. This white flies makes a lot of leave difference in such a way that is showed even from a very fine distance. I noticed this when we went for weed removal practices. Which is also known as Farm management.

The basement of the leaves plant showed that it also needs more surrounding soil to use as a very good support. This can also be used instead, the mulching. The merchant is also a very good strategy or method to use, to help your cultivated crops grow more better.

On the other hand, this was also one of the pepper that grow up showing this signs and symptoms. This is the more reason why you need to always check your crops one after the other even when you are not privileged to do what is called self inspection on the farm.

The flowering portion is always getting more bigger and larger in as much as you set your aims and objectives to cater for its at the right.
