Like any other green vegetables or crop we have it different species which also resemble the parent species but different name and also different variety. It is well known that there are a lot of good and great green vegetables all over the world it's not depends on individual choices on how to add other ingredients when cooking it. To make it taste delicious and be of good quality to the body system. The African spinach is of different varieties and species even when you see any type of green vegetables most people call it in a general name spinach. So like I said earlier we have different variety of green vegetable.

The one we have here is also called Africa Spinach in a general name but the red variety. So I took some pictures of this and that to clear so many discussion about this spinach itself. I tried as much as possible to explain to people how it is. In the old days we plant spinach and it is the same as this variety. So this is why most people call spinach in a general name. This is from the ancient days. Why do we have the new hybrid seed of the African spinach. Although there are slight differences between them in terms of ruggedness and resistance to diseases. And also growth and development.

The propagation is as the same as the new variety of African spinach. It is very obvious it looks like the olden days era. The leaves of this red African spinach is so much different from the new hybrid African spinach leaves. This one has a lot of red patches and that is why they call it red African spinach.

It's growth and development is very rapid which cause it to grow to its maturity stage early. When you have this in your farm it will grow to reach maturity stage within 2 months and you will see it flower coming out with the seeds. No matter how good you treat the red African spinach it will surely grow old than the other new hybrid African spinach.

Someone once asked me that is it very much edible and for which of the categories can consume it. The answer I gave was that yes with the knowledge I have everyone is licensed to consuming both old and young people. What you need to do is to add a lot of ingredients to make it taste great and delicious. When you do this you will really enjoy the Red African spinach but it is very scarce.

It's always grow in groups. In this it shows how effective the Old seed is even up till now. The new era African spinach seed also is very viable as well when you plant it this season, it will regenerate itself season after season. That is why do some farmers you do not need to plant every season. When you plant green vegetable seed that is very mature enough and viable this season the next season you don't need to plant the seed as much as the first time.
