As nature we have it. We have different types of Grains, which are very consumable for human being. We have different greens that are of different specialty for people who are old and also who are young. It can also be consumed by anyone who is ready to consume it. Why I said this is because when revealing this type of Grains, some can be easily seen in the market while some may not be easily due to the kind of environment,state or country.

When I went to the market purposely to purchase this Wheat and also for grinding into powder form. I was also exposed to some other grains that I captured myself. With a lot of questions being asked. Why I also ask questions was that some grains that are not easily seen with what I was told, was transported into the state from another state as well. That is why even sometimes when you believe in something you must always find out and do your research. When you do your research you will absolutely know what's going on and why it is so. So many people consume a lot of things without knowing how it is being made. I took some pictures of some prince that I saw video market which is called The Ago Market here in ilorin kwara State Nigeria

• What you see is the Wheat. I moved closer in some of my captures so that you will easily identify what we have in it. This is how Wheat looks like, before it is been grinded into flour meal.

• This is soya beans. The Soyabeans is also used to suit different types of food packaging and food consumption from different food source. This is what I mean, you can use the soya beans to make different types of foods that will be very beneficial to the body when it is being consumed. Some of it is also sin in the market as final products which is called Beske. They are being derived from soya beans.

This is also what is called _Jero _. It is one of the smallest grains you will ever see here in west African Nigeria. And this is because it is very small but it has a lot of good and healthy advantage when you add it to your pap, your combination to make pap. A lot of old women and men also use it.

This is also Guinea corn. We have different types of guinea corn which are the white one the red one. These are the major that are currently in the market and the moment. Each of them has it's on benefits and when it is being mixed together they combination is very great.

• We also have the Maize. The Maize is very common here in west African Nigeria depending on the season. But this is the secret when it is being cultivated in the rainy season it is being stored for people that will buy it in bulk. Then they also some dry it so that it will be thoroughly dry for other food processing.

This is the wheat they are talking about. This is also consumed by old or age people such that its also minimize a lot of sugar content. Or it can be consumed by anyone. In as much as you have all what it takes to make it. It is very good because even when you consume it feel more light before you go to bed.
