The Combination Of Dried Foodstuff ( Elubo Isu, Elubo Ogede, Elubo Lafun)

In the market we have also some sections which they exhibit more of the dried yam tubers which can be seen in the pictures as well. So I took the pictures as it was used to display for people to buy in bulk or in small pieces. The farmers also help to dry some other foodstuffs to keep the longitivity intact. So the more it is dried, the more it will stay much more longer.
The dried yam tuber is one of the commonest foodstuff you will ever see in the market that most people buy and grind into flour. In some people's mind, it can also be mixed with other food ingredients as well. I mean as raw as it is before it is been grinded together.
- The smaller pieces can also be seen depending on how much work you have done. Some market women are based just mainly on this particular food item. And it is just enough for them to survive if they have a very good customers to buy from them.
This is also another version of the dried foodstuff that is needed to be grinded. We have different names that is been called. In Yoruba language it is called elubo lafun. Elubo Isu
Once you come to this kind of environment you tell them which quantity of dried foodstuff you want. Then it will be administered and sell instantly.
You can also add some few grains into it to make it more palatable and easy to prepare.
