In Agricultural mindset farming we have different types of green vegetables with high nutrients in consumption which makes everybody to be in love with them even in planting or transplanting from one place to another it gives them more quality add upper hand. Among those crawler vegetables we have in Nigeria I have few of them in my own farm which are the appetizer to the stomach vegetable, and the fluted pumpkin vegetable which is also a very high nutrient absorption by human being. We have many of them but these are the few of them I have at the moment.

They are also grown according to the type of season but in my own case I love to showcase all what I have during the rainy season and during the dry season I love to plant crops during but season which makes me to be more different from other farmers. When I see a particular plant I always love to have it in my own farm too although all the necessary practical experiment will have been conducted to know if it is very possible for me to go ahead and plant it more. I took some pictures of the crawler vegetables I have in my own farm presently few days ago.

This is the appetizer to the stomach vegetable which is also of two species or two type depending on which of them you have in your own environment or country. We have the green space and also in the red specie. Both of them are very edible for consumption on which of them you can handle very well and maintain the growth and development.

In my own case I planted it inside the mobile seed bed and it really work out absolutely well. I planted it inside a very big bucket likewise inside a very good healthy soil placed inside a sack. It can also be planted on a sun naturally it will grow even more better but the creativity mind is allowed to make it on way out of thousands of ways.

Why it is called the crawler vegetable is that it moves from one location to another within a short period of time which also gives it more energy to move while it grows up absolutely well. It is good to always have what is called stake while you have this kind of plants in your farm or garden or in your own environment to assist it to grow more wider.

The fluted pumpkin is absolutely one of the green plants that inject blood into the body system when it is consumed accurately well. Most people of different tribes love to consume this naturally with good combination of melon soup. Some people actually process these leaves alone and drink them as tea in the morning and evening for quick recovery from sickness.

It gives more blood. So some doctors recommend this plant to so many patients for consumption.
