Hello Hivers 💘💕,

As we approach the harvesting it brings along a very good memory about farming generally. Farming is always a gradual process no matter how big the farm is or small. When you start to prepare your farm it is also a slow and steady raise. Sometimes it may look extremely slow due to the fact that they crops that we have cultivated is not growing up as faster as we want. The slow steady movement of growing up crops makes them to utilize more nutrients from the soil. I always see this as well but as a farmer I do not let this to weigh me down at all.

When we approach the farm it was a very exciting moment for the kids because we actually took a work along the farm path. Making us to look left and right with a lot of different perspective of Farming skills. Then there was a lot of questions coming up from the kids. What is the name of this plant why is it planted this way?. The kids are always eager to us a lot of questions even more than 50 in a day. And as a farmer who also wants to teach from the scratch, I always welcome every question even if it is not relevant. It is also part of learning and teaching practically.

When we got to the farm it was a very great moment because instantly they went to the pepper section and to have it, then a lot of different sections of the pepper Farm with a lot of already riped chilli peppers. So we got to work instantly. As shown in the pictures below.

  • You will see that there are a lot of moments in the pictures that I captured even when it seems the kids are making some conversations. These are the moment of questioning and answering. It was a very good moment.

We tried our best to make sure that the farm is extremely clean for kids to harvest and also to see clearly what they are about to harvest. It is one thing to have a farm, it is also another thing to make sure that it is extremely fully cleared and clean so that even when there is traces of harvesting, it will be clearly seen.

The little sister is always eager to pluck and fetch pepper when it comes to harvesting. You can see that even with some captures she would have done the harvesting before the capture. This is to show how the kids are happy and more excited on the farm.

We also planted more pepper inside the mobile Seedbed, so we are always inside the farm doing one thing or the other. It is a very lively moment on the farm because when you adapt with nature, it is absolutely great then you can also utilize the natural nutrients from the nature. I always emphasize that being able to be more creative is also a great challenge. There is always much challenge when it comes to agriculture. The reason been that when you are solving one problem another one may arise.

There is always a learning process in farming which is absolutely more inviting when you are practically seen on the field. I do not believe in theory aspects much because sometimes what you know to put it practically on the field maybe difficult. And that is how agriculture works. My late dad will always tell us that when you are able to fulfill more practical aspect on the farm then you are more prone to good farming skills in agriculture.

  • The learning always begin in a small way small environment and also small time. The small time you have you can always teach people around you the little Farm techniques and Method you know. It will always go far to improve in them In their agricultural knowledge.

I also distinguish the differences between the pepper for the kids and how to harvest them properly. Improper harvesting of Farm produce may result into the final date of the parents plants. If you do not know how to harvest properly then there is a problem ahead.

Woow, this is lovely. At the moment I buy chilly pepper and dry for future using but seeing yours in a container is a motivation and I so hope to try it soon.

Yes. You can give it a trial too. Planting inside container 🫙🫙 is also a good method and planting techniques.
