Getting to know more about some agricultural farm animal equipment and daily needs for farmers who are trying their best to get into animal production as business or for private reasons. The fact that there are a lot of different type of animals feed which also are rich in the quality of raw materials just like in the case of maize which serve as carbohydrates source, premix which is also as source of minerals. We also have pkc which is one of the raw materials for making animal or poultry feeds. They are also rich in protein contents. With all these if you have a very good market surveys before you jump into the buying and selling of this particular products which is also varies because of their quality differences. There are some animal feed that are different in sizes and in content. Although they still brand them as the same animal feed. But when you check on the quality of the feet you find out that there are a lot of differences in them.

Now at the moment the cost of the Poultry feed is drastically high and if you are not careful you may run at loss if you have more poultry animals to feed because the amount you spend on the feed will reduce a lot of animal intake. Which to your own knowledge you may try to ration their feeding which will reduce their production. I went out to make some Farm price analysis and comparison.

• The price that is attached to the pellet feeds at the moment is at exactly #27,800 in Nigerian currency. And at 17.30 United States Dollar I bet you this was what we always buy at a low price #4500 in Nigerian currency as at 10 years ago. Which is also equivalent to 2.80 United States Dollar. I know that price inflated up due to so many factors but just to talk of it it is extremely expensive. When I also made a lot of conversations with the owner of the agricultural store, he said that he also added more transportation fee which is also high at the moment.

I also went down to the poultry eggs. The fact that the eggs are small to touch, it may also be as a result of some factors like the weather condition, the type of poultry birds, the type of feed they have been given. So when I saw the differences in the eggs, then I priced them accordingly.

The feeding trough which is aluminum is Price tag #2500 in Nigerian currency. Which is at 1.56 United States Dollar. Which was more lesser than that before. But it has triple it original prices.

In terms of pricing of eggs they were arrange according to their sizes. We have the small ones which were #5,000 Nigerian currency. Which is 3.11 United States dollar. Which was extremely down before.

What you are seeing is one of the aluminum feeder that is being used for feeding different types of poultry birds but mainly the smaller and the big poultry birds.

You can also see one that is a galvanized cage. This is mainly for the laying beds although you may put some other birds in it and they will survive. But mainly it is for the animals or the Poultry animals that lay eggs. It will be more convenient for them to lay eggs and for their eggs to roll down without any difficulties.

Why I did this survey is that hi receive a lot of messages in my discord channel that how can a new farmer get started if you want to be a animal production farmer. And that was why I went out to do a quick survey on what to know about some animal feeds and their feeding trough.
