Plantain Farming, Farmer's Achievement For More Than 1 Year And Half. Plantain Or Banana Farming Encourages More Longtime Farm Investment With No Regrets. 🍌🍌

The kind of Farm you are into will always determine the future of your production. There are some crops that are called the tree crops. These are cross that are always grown or cultivated for a very long time and within few years you will love me the multiple choice farmer. Multiple choice Farmer in the sense that you will have a lot of options to go for. This options although very from one another. They can also open way for more opportunities even to attract more laborers on the farm.
Take for instance when you plant your plantain or your banana. In the next 6 or 8 months you will have employed more laborers or ant to support you to carry out so many task on the farm. That is what I mean by multiple choice farmer. If you are capable you can also do it yourself but it is advisable that you also provide opportunities for others. I mean job opportunity. In one way or the other you are also providing jobs for the community. Banana or plantain is a well consumed foodstuff either raw or process. Raw I mean so many people consume it this way. All what they need is to cook it as raw as it is. And on the other hand, it can also be process and be fry into chips, our process into flour for consumption. It is always recommended for patient that are diabetic in nature. My mom also consume it more than five times in a week. I mean cooked unripe plantain. I also consume it as well but nothing excess. It is good to consume banana when it very ripe but you have to choose wisely for plantain. I visited our Farm recently in another state which is 4 and 1/2 hours drive from where I decide and also Farm. Immediately I got there I went straight to the plantain section and it was massive. I saw that a lot of squirrel ate a lot of Farm produce as at that time. So the leftover was also gathered and processed into flour. So I took some pictures of the plantain section while I also saw a lot of plantain still standing on the tree as shown the pictures.
- To be a plantain or banana farmer you need to go extra miles in acquiring a lot of knowledge. This is just beyond going to the agricultural Farmland, prepare the land, also planting of the plantain or banana seed. The first thing you need to do is to make sure that the agricultural Farmland is very fertile. It may be a farm that is cultivated recently. But has it nutrients intact. Making sure that the leaves will grow fast within a shop period of time. When the leaves show a lot of good signs that it growing well then the stem will also make use of the nutrients.
When you see that the planting of banana leaves are Green in color. This is to show that they are utilizing the nutrients efficiently. Also this means that, there is no excess supply of water it is moderate.
As the Farmer you will always see so many differences similarities on the Leaves but to be rest assured with that it will always shed away leaves when the time comes. Just like an animals. There are times when they will always shed away a lot of hair on their body when the time comes. So in this case as well it is applicable to plant. Most especially the tree crops.
- The happiness is always 100% when your farm progresses. Like I said earlier they will always be ups and down but when you already know your motivation. It will always assist you to keep going. Providing food for the community and for yourself. Making a lot of steps to inspire more people around the community.
When you see that your farm produce is as big as this then it is highly recommended to harvest it instantly. There is no doubting Thomas here, when the leaves are extremely dried then the next to harvest your produce instantly. This may take a longer period of time depending on the type of weather or season you are.
- Most people go for bigger plantain and banana because it is very visible and they know that there is more edible substance in it. During the rainy season there is more of this Farm produce. When you visit any local market you see that they have special location for plantain and banana for sale.
I always encourage people too go for this type of Farm because it is a very long time farming. When people think you are wasting your time I bet you you are creating job opportunities for people and erecting more valuables and investment for yourself and for your entire generation. I met a lot of young farmers recently and we discuss extensively. Although some of them are not from the region where I reside, but with the look of things they will absolutely go for plantain farming.
