Good SEEDS Verification 🌿🌱, Good Seed Identification And Good Seed Separation Before Planting || Old Method Of OKRO SEEDS Verification.
Hello Hivers 💕💘,
Getting started to know about how to cultivate and plant your okra seed is highly necessary because in agriculture we have different ways of differentiating good seeds from the bad seeds. It is always learnable in order to achieve your aim and objective as a farmer. individually we can practice this as a form of identification and verification of good Healthy and healthy seeds. When you go to the seed store, you will definitely be assured hundred percent that all the seed are very good and reliable for planting. But I can assure you that in as much as it is seed you don't have hundred percent assurance that all the seed are very good for plants and if they are in good condition for Planting.
- This is one of the way that you can end it if I a very good seed for planting regarding to okra seed. When you buy them from the seed store. You perform some verification for like 5 to 10 minutes before you finally plant it. The verification starts as follows with step-by-step method. You need a very transparent or any type of bowl you can afford. You add a little bit of water to it. after all, pour in your okra seed gently and wait for close to three to five minutes. And it is as shown below.
This is the okra seed and this is how it looks like. I know it may be different from what you have in your own country or state. But here in Nigeria this is how it looks like.
OKRO SEEDS.
- This is also a closer view of how the okra seed looks like at a very close range.
THE TRANSPARENT MEDIUM.
- The water can be in form of a glass cup or any type of transparent medium. I use this because it will be easily seen and can also pave way for easy seeds selection. the seat selection here is very very necessary and care must be taken.
- This was when I poured in the okra seed gently. I did this purposely. It can be poured in anyhow you want it because it is not fragile. the bottom line is that you need to pour it in order to separate the good seed from the bad seeds.
- This was when I already finish with the seed separation step one. I left it for a couple of minutes for it to separate itself naturally.
- This was the final results.
- These are the empty seeds. if you by chance plant all days they will not survive or even germinate at all because they are dead and empty.
