In agriculture you must always supervise monitor and manage your farm on a regular business. the fact that you have so many other things that you do do not disturb your farming techniques and Farm management. I also engage myself in some other activities which even put me on traveling from one state to another but that does not mean that I do not go to the farm regularly for record keeping observations and also harvesting when the time comes. I always conversate with people on discord channel who happened to ask a lot of questions about farming generally. And with what I have learnt practically. I also give them as information.

When you engage in some kind of farm activities you must also try your best to put your eyes on it. That is the mistake that so many people do. They always use other people to supervise their work yes it is good but not always recommended. There is no how other person will be fit your shoe on any occasion. So what other people may overlook on the farm if you are there presently you may take more than 1 hour to look at it and keep bringing suggestions on how to improve on it instantly. But because it is not other people's business but your own business they will overlook it and leave it just like that. All these has happened to us so many years ago close to 15 years now because it is almost 15 years that my dad died. And with the experience I had my late dad will always complain about so many things on the farm meanwhile he already appointed people to do it for him. That is why you should always learn from others even from yourself. So I use all this previous knowledge to fight all kinds of battle concerning agriculture and life generally. these are some of the pictures I took when I went to the pepper Farm with the aim and objective of clearing the farm and mulching. I always engage the use of this method so that all my cultivated crops will remain reserved.

• The mulching can be done to other crops as well but on this note this was done for pepper. In as much as you have the idea and the procedures to guide you through mulching process. You can absolutely do it.

For some crops it may not take longer time but for some it takes a very gentle process a lot of time. Or you may permanently damage your cultivated crop. That is why thorough supervision must be done on the farm.

The production is becoming more extensive as you can see it in the pictures. With much cleaning of the farm there is more record of more production. It is not instant but it is real.

• These are some of the farm areas that are not readily touch. Due to the fact that there are some more section already covered with the same procedures.

The interesting part of Agriculture is that no matter what people say or do you must always come to the agricultural Farmland to showcase the farm tips. If it is always written in books but not practically experimented that is all lies. Categorically it is always expressed when you are on the field.

These are when the mulching was taking place. These are not theoretically done but practically done. When you place your already weeded plant to engage in full application into the bottom region of the cultivated plants it is called Mulching.

You keep on using this method regularly so that your palm will always remain clean and they will always be farm hygiene. When the farm hygiene is removed they will always be more predators visiting the farm.

• You can always include the unwanted plant this way. You will always take note that whenever you are applying the mulching method. It must be done slightly.

Practically speaking I have done so many omission and error which has led to so many results on the farm. So when I am putting in all my efforts to explain more better I have my reasons. Immediately you make a mistake that is all. You will just notice that the plant keep on dehydrating and the leaves will become dried within few weeks.

You can always make use of other farm tools if you have them but mainly I make use of cutlass and hoes with my hands. Sometimes I also use my hands to weed . It also helps.
