Pool is good. Start in the shallow end, where you can stand up. Learn to move through the water while your head is out. Then just kick off one wall, and glide to the other.
You don't even have to swim in a pool. You can just jump.

Swimming is just jumping. That's treading water, I guess? These men look like they're being treated as though their fish. :D Its pretty confronting images without sound or context, especially given the background audio is about the abortion debate in the US from another window. lol
