Digital painting of Joker

Hello everyone, i am here to share a new digital portrait painting with you all. this time i made the drawing of another superhero genre character, though the character itself is really not super.
he is more of a villain. i never understood the point of him though, he is a psychotic guy who kills a bunch people but the authorities don't sentence him to death for some reason, then he breaks out and kills more people? that is straight up weird.
but its a good character to draw and therefore i made a drawing. i made him look a bit angry because in some of those films this guy does things out of anger and in some films he does bad things because he is mentally ill or something.
