September is a month of celebrations in my family, in some occasions I have commented that I have a little sister and that our age difference is wide, I am currently twenty-five and she just turned two years old. The funny thing is that our special days are in this month September, which opens the doors to many festive stages in the world, starting with our birthdays. 😂

These special days to celebrate our existence we surround ourselves with love and joy. And I am truly full of gratitude to all those friends and family who have been by our side throughout the years, both for those who continue and those who do not. This year it was incredible the amount of congratulations I received and as a family we also made a great effort to celebrate my sister's day with joy.

Life is full of significant moments, and one of them is the day we come into this world. My birthday was an opportunity to reflect on all that I have accomplished, what I have left behind; but more importantly: I took strength to look forward to the future with hope and enthusiasm.

My birthday was last September 6th and my sister's birthday was yesterday, September 19th. My day was a quality outing, among my closest people and we enjoyed a nice afternoon of pizza and conversation. The evening was fun, two of my closest friends that I really appreciate very much came to my house and gave me a cake that was too beautiful, with a decoration that months before I had shared and wished for. It was a cozy surprise and I will truly be grateful to them to infinity. This year I have cut several ribbons, so that night there were very few but very important people who were in my day.

However, I also thank my friends who are far away physically but close in heart. The distance has not been an obstacle to keep alive that special connection that unites us, two of them who have been of great importance in stages of my life, and left me very touching messages, I carry them always in my heart.

I thank my parents, who regardless of the situations, are the pillars of my existence, those who have taught me the fundamental values and have guided me on the path, the same path that now the three of us are instilling in my little sister so that she can be even better than us. I thank you for your patience, your dedication and your unwavering love.

My boyfriend was also a constant on such special days, a great companion, friend, partner and person. It is a value to have him and the thanks for being of such great contribution is always not enough for me. He accompanies me in laughter and tears, he is the one who gives me his shoulder to cry on and his hand to lift me up. Both days were nicer thanks to him.

My sister enjoyed her birthday so much, although she almost didn't let anyone take pictures with her, it was hard to capture the few I have. She was exhausted at the end of the day and full of gifts from people I hope will be very special to her growing up. We were all really exhausted but satisfied with the day, between the decorations, the food and taking care of everyone present, capturing the moments was not easy for me, surely the guests have better pictures of the day 😂.

I wish this new year of life to be full of love, happiness and success for me and those around me closely, and that my sister can continue healthy in her growth and experiences, but most of all how happy she is.

I hope that each passing year is cause for celebration and gratitude. To continue to grow as a person, learning from experiences and enjoying every moment. El mes de septiembre es de celebraciones en mi familia, en algunas ocasiones he comentado que tengo una hermana pequeña y que nuestra diferencia de edad es amplia, actualmente tengo veinticinco y ella recién cumplidos los dos años. Lo curioso es que nuestros días especiales son en este mes septiembre, que abre las puertas a muchas etapas festivas en el mundo, comenzando con nuestros cumpleaños. 😂

Estos días especiales para celebrar nuestra existencia nos rodeamos de amor y alegría. Y realmente estoy llena de gratitud hacia todos aquellos amigos y familiares que han estado lado a lo largo de los años, tanto para los que continúan como para los que no. Este año fue increíble la cantidad de felicitaciones que recibí y en familia nos esforzamos mucho también por celebrar el día de mi hermana con algarabía.

La vida está llena de momentos significativos, y uno de ellos es el día en el que llegamos a este mundo. Mi cumpleaños fue una oportunidad para reflexionar sobre todo lo que he logrado, lo que he dejado atrás; pero más importante: tomé fuerzas para mirar hacia el futuro con esperanza y entusiasmo.

Mi cumpleaños fue el pasado 06 de septiembre y el de mi hermana fue ayer, 19 de septiembre. Mi día fue una salida calidad, entre mis personas más cercanas y disfrutamos de una agradable tarde de pizza y conversaciones. La noche fue divertida, dos de mis amigos más cercanos y que realmente aprecio muchísimo fueron a mi casa y me regalaron un pastel demasiado hermoso, con una decoración que meses anteriores había compartido y deseaba. Fue una sorpresa acogedora y realmente les estaré agradecida hasta el infinito. Este año he cortado varios lazos, así que esa noche fueron muy pocos pero muy importantes los que estuvieron en mi día.

Sin embargo, también agradezco a mis amigos que están lejos físicamente pero cerca en el corazón. La distancia no ha sido un obstáculo para mantener viva esa conexión especial que nos une, dos de ellos que han sido de gran importancia en etapas de mi vida, y me dejaron mensajes muy conmovedores, los llevo siempre en mi corazón.

Agradezco a mis padres, que independientemente de las situaciones, son los pilares de mi existencia, los que me han enseñado los valores fundamentales y me han guiado en el camino, mismo camino que ahora inculcamos los tres a mi hermana pequeña para que sea aún mejor que nosotros. Agradezco su paciencia, su dedicación y su amor inquebrantable.

Mi novio también fue un constante en día tan especiales, un gran compañero, amigo, pareja y persona. Es un valor tenerlo y las gracias por ser de tan grandioso aporte siempre no me alcanza. Me acompaña en las risas y en las lágrimas, es quien me brinda su hombro para llorar y su mano para levantarme. Ambos días fueron más lindos gracias a él.

Mi hermana disfrutó muchísimo su cumpleaños, aunque casi no se dejó tomar fotografías con nadie, fue difícil capturar las pocas que tengo. Quedó exhausta al final del día y llena de regalos de personas que espero sean muy especiales durante su crecimiento. Realmente quedamos todos agotados pero satisfechos con el día, entre la decoración, la comida y atender a todos los presentes, capturar los momentos no me fue sencillo, seguro los invitados tienen mejores fotos del día 😂.

Deseo que este nuevo año de vida esté lleno de amor, felicidad y éxito para mí y los que me rodean de cerca, y que mi hermana pueda seguir sana en su crecimiento y experiencias, pero sobre todo lo feliz que es.

Espero que cada año que pase sea motivo de celebración y agradecimiento. Seguir creciendo como persona, aprendiendo de las experiencias y disfrutando de cada momento.
