Recently my family went through a change, my father, who had worked all his life in the same company, retired and started working somewhere else. In short, no one must feel stranger than him, but the dynamics at home have already changed for everyone. Although this decision has brought good news, he was finally able to buy his car, maintaining a good livelihood at home is more feasible and we have time on weekends to have quality family time.

Of course it also has its disadvantages, for example, we no longer see him almost during the week and although it seems simple, with a sister of a year and a half these changes are strong, because he needs the father figure present, but we continue to adapt. Doing our best to get out of the "dysfunctional" family label is complicated, after a style of upbringing and attitudes that seem to be ingrained, decision making is a tug of war.

However, every moment where we all agree and decide to share, we try to make it as pleasant as possible. A couple of days ago we had the opportunity to go out as a family and enjoy a pleasant afternoon, with incandescent sunshine and laughter in between.

We had a walk through the Ribas square, a well known place in the city of La Victoria - Edo Aragua, Venezuela. The closest city to the town where we live. After walking around a couple of times, we bought some delicious ice cream and sat down to enjoy the tranquility of the trees and the murmurs of the conversations around us. On this occasion we were my parents, sister and my boyfriend, who had a nice chat about the things going on around us.

After that we walked to the nearest mall, we were looking for prices on household things in a store called Tijerazo, so we spent a long time walking around and talking about certain products. We didn't buy anything on the spot because we left without the car, so it would be uncomfortable, but going and spending a good time looking at things is something we like, the air conditioning makes you feel comfortable and you are in a clean and fun place. We left with a lot of ideas in our heads and goals to achieve in shopping.

From there we strolled for a while inside the building, enjoying everything around us and telling some anecdotes of the last few weeks. You could say it's a simple thing, but it's nice to be all together even if it's just window shopping. We took some pictures of my sister, as there was like a dramatization of princesses and dances, so they had some great decorative wood in the hallway. We also took some pictures of her on a cute swing we saw downstairs, and she was happy to be there.

When we left, we all got hungry, so we had the idea of going to eat at a cachapas restaurant, a traditional food from our country, however, when we arrived, the heat had us stressed. We decided to take everything to eat at home, so we waited with all our last calmness and left ready to take the first bus we saw.

The ride back was quick and quiet. 🪄We shared a few words and ate upon arrival and then had a restorative nap. These moments become meaningful as time goes by, because they are special in many ways. Lately there are a variety of events happening in the world, we don't know anymore, global warming, climate change and all the catastrophes have one on the edge of worrying, so we must take advantage of every little moment where we feel happy and calm with whoever we want, tomorrow we don't know.💫

Recientemente mi familia entró en un cambio, mi padre, quién había trabajado toda su vida en la misma empresa, se retiró y comenzó a laborar en otro lugar. En definitiva, nadie se debe sentir más extraño que él, pero la dinámica en casa ya cambiado para todos. Aunque esta decisión ha traído buenas nuevas, por fin se pudo comprar su carro, mantener un un buen sustento en la casa es más factible y tenemos tiempo lo fines de semana para tener calidad en familia.

Claro que también tiene sus desventajas, por ejemplo, ya no lo vemos casi entre semana y aunque parezca algo simple, con una hermana de un año y medio estos cambios son fuertes, pues necesita la figura paterna presente, pero seguimos adaptándonos. Hacer lo posible por salir del sello de familia "disfuncional" es complicado, después de un estilo de crianza y actitudes que parecen estar arraigadas, la toma de decisiones es un tira y encoge.

Sin embargo, cada momento en dónde todos estamos de acuerdo y decidimos compartir, tratamos de que sea lo más agradablemente posible. Hace un par de días tuvimos la oportunidad de salir en familia y disfrutar de una agradable tarde, con un sol incandescente y risas de por medio.

Tuvimos un paseo por la plaza Ribas, un lugar bastante conocido en ciudad de la Victoria - Edo Aragua, Venezuela. La ciudad más cerca del pueblo donde vivimos. Después de dar un par de vueltas, compramos unos helados deliciosos y nos sentamos a disfrutar de la tranquilidad de los árboles del lugar y los murmullos de las conversaciones alrededor. En esta ocasión estuvimos mis padres, hermana y mi novio, quienes mantuvimos una amena charla sobre las cosas que pasaban alrededor.

Luego de allí caminamos al centro comercial más cercano, estuvimos en busca de precios sobre cosas del hogar en una tienda llamada Tijerazo, así que duramos un buen tiempo dando vueltas y comentando sobre ciertos productos. No compramos nada en el momento porque salimos sin el auto, así que sería incómodo, pero ir y pasar un buen tiempo observando cosas es algo que nos gusta, el aire acondicionado te hace sentir cómodo y estás en un lugar limpio y divertido. Salimos con muchas ideas en la cabeza y metas que alcanzar en compras.

De allí paseamos un rato dentro del edificio, disfrutando de todo a nuestro alrededor y contando algunas anécdotas de las últimas semanas. Podría decirse que es algo sencillo, pero es agradable estar todos juntos así sea viendo las vidrieras. Tomamos algunas fotos de mi hermana, ya que había como una dramatización de princesas y bailes, así que tenían una gran madera de decoración en el pasillo. También le tomamos algunas fotos en un lindo columpio que vimos en planta baja, y ella feliz de estar allí.

Al salir, hambre nos dió a todos, así que tuvimos la idea de ir a comer en un restaurant de cachapas, una comida tradicional de nuestro país, sin embargo, al llegar, el calor nos tenía estresados. Decidimos llevar todo para comer en la casa, así que esperamos con toda nuestra última calma y salimos dispuestos a tomar el primer autobús que viéramos.

El camino de regreso fue rápido y tranquilo.🪄 Compartimos algunas palabras y comimos al llegar para luego tener una siesta reparadora. Estos momentos se vuelven significativos al pasar el tiempo, porque son especiales es muchos sentidos. Últimamente están ocurriendo gran variedad de eventos en el mundo, ya no sabemos, el calentamiento global, el cambio climatico y todas las catástrofes tienen a uno en el borde de la preocupación, así que debemos aprovechar cada pequeño momento en dónde nos sintamos felices y tranquilos con quiénes queramos, mañana no sabemos.💫
