A little while with the sea | Enjoying nature [En-Es]

They say that life is tastier by the sea and I say absolutely yes. This natural element that gives us the gift of life will always be something wonderful that recharges us with positive energy just by getting close to it. Feeling the sea water making contact with our skin is an incomparable sensation that we all enjoy whenever we have the opportunity.

The sea is an element of romance, nostalgia, stillness, and inner peace. Even though I haven't gone to the beach for a while, often fleeing from the inclemency and intensity of the sun in recent months, in my last year of active work (before retiring), when I left work, I stopped at a beach in my city and stayed there for a while to enjoy the sunset, which, at the edge of the beach, is a moment of recharging the soul that has no point of comparison.

Once there, I would take off my shoes, and barefoot I would walk on the sand, letting the warm sea water brush against my feet in its swaying towards the shore, making me feel alive and full of peace. Nothing relaxes us like welcoming the sunset at the seashore. Many times I think that human beings are ungrateful and do not appreciate the natural elements at their fair value.

I share with you some pictures from some time ago, in one of my walks, after work, in Playa Mansa, a beach located in Lecherías, Venezuela and where at that time, many people park to watch the sunset and many times see the nightfall as well.

Dicen por ahí que en el mar la vida es más sabrosa y yo digo absolutamente que sí. Este elemento natural que nos obsequia la vida, siempre será algo maravilloso que nos recarga de energía positiva con tan solo acercarnos a él. Sentir el agua del mar haciendo contacto con nuestra piel, es una sensación incomparable y que todos disfrutamos siempre que tenemos la oportunidad.

El mar, elemento de romance, de nostalgia, de quietud, de paz interior. Aún y cuando tengo tiempo sin darme un baño de playa, muchas veces huyéndole a la inclemencia e intensidad del sol en los últimos meses, en mi último año de trabajo activo (antes de jubilarme), al salir del horario laboral, hacía una parada en una playa que se encuentra en mi ciudad y me quedaba un rato allí a disfrutar del atardecer que, a la orilla de la playa, es un momento de recarga del alma que no tiene punto de comparación.

Una vez allí, me quitaba los zapatos y descalza me iba a caminar en la arena, dejando que en su vaivén hacia la orilla, el agua tibia marina, rozara mis pies y me hiciera sentir viva y llena de paz. Nada para relajarnos como recibir el atardecer a la orilla del mar. Muchas veces pienso que los seres humanos somos ingratos y no apreciamos los elementos naturales en su justo valor.

Les comparto unas fotografías de hace algún tiempo, en uno de mis paseos, luego de trabajar, en Playa Mansa, una playa ubicada en Lecherías, Venezuela y donde a esa hora, muchas personas se estacionan a ver el atardecer y muchas veces a ver caer la noche también.
