A quick Venezuelan hot dog bite at Perritos Chao in Santiago🇨🇱

Hace tiempo sin aparecer por acá pero al ver estas fotos en mi galería, decidí que debía compartirlas y también mi experiencia en este lugar 😍

En septiembre estuve 1 semana en Santiago y luego de un día agotador, mi hermnana, una amiga y yo, decidimos ir a comer un almuerzo tardío con sazón venezolano. Pero no teníamos ganas de un almuerzo común. Queríamos comer unos buenos perros 🌭(hot dogs). Así que mi hermana encontró este local que queda en Avenida Italia y al ver la buena pinta de los "perritos", tuvimos que ir.

Lo primero es que la atención fue maravillosa. Muy amables y atentos. Además, son "pet friendly", así que puedes ir con tu mascota y le pondrán hasta agüita.

Pero lo mejor fue la comida. De tomar, pedimos 3 bebidas muy venezolanas y divinas: Frescolita, Malta y Papelón con Limón (mío). Al ver el menú , hay gran variedad de perritos, los cuales se ven muy gourmet y deliciosos. Sin embargo, últimamente las salchichas me caen mal, así que pedí un "Perripepito" (2da y 3era foto), el cual tenía carne picada, queso parmesano y mozzarella derretido, salsa de ajo y ciboluette picado. Uffff, ¡qué delicioso estaba! 🤩

Como quedamos con ganas de más, pedimos segunda ronda y yo decidí irme por uno de camarones. Se llama "Camarón Guatón" y tenía camarones al ajillo, pan brioche sellado con mantequilla y salsa de coco. Una explosión de sabores maravillosa en cada mordisco.

Un dato genial es que ellos mismos realizan el pan, lo cual les da un valor especial.

Quedé tan satisfecha y feliz, que definitivamente cuando vuelva a Santiago, iré de nuevo por mis "Perritos Chao"🌭😍

Dear Hive Food lovers! How are you doing?
It's been a while since I've been here but when I saw these pictures in my gallery, I decided I had to share them and also my experience in this place 😍.
In September I was in Santiago for a week and after a tiring day, my sister, a friend and I decided to go for a late lunch with Venezuelan seasoning. But we weren't in the mood for a regular lunch. We wanted to eat some good "perritos"🇻🇪🌭(hot dogs). So my sister found this place on Avenida Italia and seeing how good the "perritos" looked, we had to go.
The first thing is that the service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. Besides, they are pet friendly, so you can go with your pet and they will even give it some water.
But the best thing was the food. To drink, we ordered 3 very Venezuelan and divine drinks: Frescolita, Malta and Papelón con Limón (mine). Looking at the menu, there is a great variety of hot dogs, which look very gourmet and delicious. However, sausages have been a turn-off for me, so I ordered a "Perripepito" (2nd and 3rd photo), which had minced meat, melted parmesan and mozzarella cheese, garlic sauce and chopped ciboluette. Uffff, how delicious it was 🤩.
Since we wanted more, we ordered a second round and I decided to go for a shrimp one. It's called "Camarón Guatón" and it had garlic shrimp, butter-seared brioche bread and coconut sauce. A wonderful explosion of flavors in every bite.
A great fact is that they make the bread themselves, which gives them a special value.
I was so satisfied and happy, that definitely when I go back to Santiago, I will go again for my "Perritos Chao"🌭😍
