Una papa artista / A potato artist

Una taza amarilla está sobre la mesa
es grande y amarillenta,
un pan dorado se acerca a ella
y con ayuda de una cuchara trepa
y luego dentro de esta caer se deja.

Cuando sale el pan ha cambiado,
ya no es dorado como hace un rato
se oscureció demasiado rápido
y ahora es pardo
como si en el horno se hubiera quemado.

A yellow cup is on the table
it is big and yellowish,
a golden bread approaches it
and with the help of a spoon climbs
and then inside this fall it is left.

When the bread comes out it has changed,
it is no longer golden as it was a while ago
it darkened too quickly
and now it is brown
as if it had been burnt in the oven.

El pan se marcha por donde llegó
y luego llega un huevo de claro color,
salta hacía la taza sin temor
y dentro de ella va con pretensión
se tarda en salir, quizás se rompió.

Tras un buen rato,
aparece por donde se había lanzado,
es un huevo verde, ya no es blanco,
esto es bastante extraño,
cambian de color sin un motivo válido.

The bread leaves where it arrived

Necesito saber que pasa,
esta es una taza de mi casa,
la levantó con ansias,
la volteó para ver que pasa
y de ella cae una papa parda.

Ella lleva en su mano un pincel
con el que comienza a pintarme también,
de repente ya no soy color beige
y llevó mucho amarillo en mi piel,
este tubérculo pinta todo lo que ve.

I need to know what's going on,
this is a cup from my house,

Tomo a la papa con precaución
con mi mano de extraño color,
en la taza la dejó con discreción,
junto a su pincel estará mejor
en un gran vaso que como hogar escogió.

Una papa artista,
es una rareza poco conocida,
no sé como llegó a mi vida
y no me molesta su visita,
aunque mi mano dejó teñida.
