Una flor de manzanilla / A chamomile flower

Un árbol llega a su casa cansado
trabajó en un bosque cercano,
quiere relajarse un rato,
prende la televisión para ver algo
y se recuesta en el sofá claro.

Llega el chico del aseo
y comienza a barrer con esmero,
al árbol quiere que lo barran primero
y se lanza al suelo,
para que con la escoba le quiten el polvero.

A tree arrives home tired.
It worked in a nearby forest,
wants to relax for a while,
turns on the television to watch something,
and lies down on the light-colored sofa.

The cleaning boy arrives
and begins to sweep carefully.
The tree wants to be swept first
and throws itself on the floor,
so that the dust can be removed with the broom.

El barrendero sigue su camino
y el árbol se siente limpio,
hasta que le da una alergia sin sentido
y tiene un picor en el cuerpo excesivo;
al parecer la escoba lo dejó de mugre invadido.

El barrendero regresa
y le revisa las ramas con cautela,
reconoce una fuerte alergia
y se va a buscar una medicación buena
algo natural y que lo cure sin problema.

The street sweeper continues on his way
and the tree feels clean,
until it develops a senseless allergy
and experiences excessive itching all over its body;
apparently, the broom left it covered in dirt.

The street sweeper returns
and carefully checks the branches,
recognizes a strong allergy,
and goes to find a good medication,
something natural that will cure it without any problems.

Regresa con una flor amarilla,
que parece ser de manzanilla,
sobre el árbol la frota sin garantía,
con la esperanza de que sirva
y el arbol recobre su sonrisa.

El remedio natural funciona
y la picazon ya no le incomoda,
el barrendero le regala la flor grandiosa
y el árbol la pone en lo alto con honra
y sonrie por la curación asombrosa.

He returns with a yellow flower,
which appears to be chamomile,
and rubs it on the tree without guarantee,
hoping that it will work
and the tree will regain its smile.

The natural remedy works,
and the itching no longer bothers him.
The street sweeper gives him the magnificent flower,
and the tree places it high up with honor
and smiles at the amazing cure.

La flor de manzanilla lo curó
y ahora lo adorna con amor,
parece una estrella llena de esplendor
que en la parte alta se ubicó
como si un arbol de Navidad fuera por hoy.

The chamomile flower healed him
and now adorns him with love,
it looks like a star full of splendor
that was placed at the top
as if it were a Christmas tree for today.
