Un Ser Inusual / An Unusual Being
Un dia el sol llegó a la tierra
y buscó algo entre las piedras,
lo hacía con insistencia
hasta que saco una forma nueva,
marrón y con cabellera.
Con cuidado lo levantó,
era un hongo que hace poco nació,
luego el sol se marchó
y le dijo que buscará su misión,
pero el hongo no entendía la situación.
One day, the sun came to Earth
and searched among the rocks,
it kept searching persistently
until it uncovered a new shape,
brown and with a tuft of hair.
Gently, it picked it up
it was a mushroom that had just sprouted,
then the sun left
and told it to find its purpose,
but the mushroom didn’t understand what was going on.
Comenzó a caminar
a explorar el lugar,
hasta que llegó dónde madera hay
y siguió su camino sin mirar,
que lo observaba algo inusual.
Cuando por fin se percató
de inmediato la vuelta dio,
el inusual ser se escondió
y el hongo con prudencia se acercó,
no quería empeorar la situación.
He began to walk
to explore the area,
until he reached a place where there was wood
and continued on his way without looking back,
unaware that something unusual was watching him.
When he finally noticed,
he immediately turned around,
the unusual creature hid,
and the mushroom cautiously approached,
it didn’t want to make the situation worse.
El hongo se agachó con cuidado
y al lado del ser inusual se fue acomodando,
le dijo que no le haría daño,
que era un hongo bien intencionado
y que admiraba los seres extraños .
Aquel ser inusual era un moho
y aunque estaba dudoso,
salió y se fue andando juicioso,
con su nuevo amigo el hongo,
quien lo convenció de caminar orgulloso.
The mushroom crouched down carefully
and settled down next to the unusual creature,
telling it that it wouldn’t hurt it,
that it was a well-meaning mushroom,
and that it admired strange creatures.
That unusual creature was a mold,
and although it was hesitant,
it stepped out and walked off confidently,
with its new friend, the mushroom,
who convinced it to walk with pride.
Los dos se fueron,
muchos caminos recorrieron
y cuando el sol observó esto,
se sintió contento,
porque la seta encontró un compañero.
El hongo ahora conoce su misión,
sabe que motivar es su labor,
lo hace con mucho amor
y aunque en un inicio dudo,
hoy sabe que en su trabajo es el mejor.
The two of them set off,
traveling many paths,
and when the sun saw this,
it felt happy,
because the mushroom had found a companion.
The mushroom now knows its mission,
it knows that inspiring others is its job,
and it does so with great love
and although it had its doubts at first,
today it knows it’s the best at what it does.
