Un extraterrstre, creación desde el reciclaje / An extraterrestrial from recycling

Hoy les traigo una idea linda, divertida y que podran hacer con sus pequeños, ya sea como adorno o como juguete y es que los plásticos que vienen en los sostenedores o brasieres, son elementos qur terminan en la basura contaminando el medio ambiente. Pero que tal si tomamos ese plástico y lo reutilizamos, si amigos, la navr espacial que ven aquí, no es más que ese plástico y si quieres hacer tu propia nave espacial, sigue este paso a paso.

Hello friends of the Hive Diy Community, we always take out from home the waste that we consider garbage, but, many of these elements can be used, either to reuse or to create new elements and thus extend the life of these contributing to the care of the planet. I am an admirer of Mother Earth, its shape, its waters, its prairies, its jungle, I love everything and that's why I work every day on ideas that contribute to its care and healthy coexistence.
Today I bring you a cute, fun idea that you can do with your little ones, either as an ornament or as a toy, because the plastics that come in the holders or bras, are elements that end up in the trash polluting the environment. But what if we take that plastic and reuse it, yes friends, the spaceship you see here, is nothing more than that plastic and if you want to make your own spaceship, follow this step by step.

Una vez tenemos nuestro plástico, vamos a cortar con las tijeras las dos copas, este plástico es muy delgado por lo que no habrá mayor dificultad al cortarlo, pero nos dará la suficiente fuerza para no deformarse. Luego, con hilo y aguja, vamos a unir por un lado estas dos partes, para que podamos abrir y cerrar, es algo así como un efecto bisagra, así el extraterrestre podrá entrar y salir de su nava espacial.

Once we have our plastic, we are going to cut with scissors the two cups, this plastic is very thin so there will be no major difficulty to cut it, but it will give us enough strength to not deform. Then, with thread and needle, we are going to join on one side these two parts, so we can open and close, it is something like a hinge effect, so the alien can enter and exit his spaceship.

El siguiente paso es pintar, el plástico no es tan fácil de pintar, porque se despinta con facilidad, por eso utilicé esmalte para uñas, tengo diversos colores y usé plateado, un poco de blanco y negro. Con color naranja cree unas luces, para hacer más real esta nave espacial.

La parte baja la pinté de azul para dar mayor contraste a mi nave y finalmente coloqué un poco de plateado, para darle mayor brillo.

The next step is to paint, the plastic is not so easy to paint, because it fades easily, so I used nail polish, I have different colors and I used silver, a little black and white. With orange color I created some lights, to make this spaceship more real. I painted the lower part blue to give more contrast to my ship and finally I put a little silver, to give it more shine.

Mientras se secaba toda la nave, me puse a coser con retazos de tela un marciano. Nunca he estado frente a uno, lo que me da la opción de crearlo como quiera. Utilicé tela verde y le hice ojos grandes negros y una pequeña nariz con hilo. También le hice patas a manera de tentáculos verde oscuro y un arco tras su cabeza para que se viera más elegante.

While the paint was drying all over the ship, I set about sewing a Martian out of scraps of fabric. I've never been in front of one, which gives me the option to create him however I want. I used green fabric and made big black eyes and a little nose with thread. I also attached like a bow in the back and darker green tentacles.

Por último adecuee la parte interna con un poco de tela para que el extraterrestre estuviera cómodo durante su viaje. En el otro extremo de donde se cosió la bisagra, le añadí un cordón para que fuera como un candado de seguridad, para que la nave no se abra durante el vuelo. También le coloqué en el extremo superior hilo nylon para poder hacerla volar. Y listo, tenemos nuestro "Extraterrestre" que ahora paseará por todo el universo, en una nave espacial construida desde plástico reutilizado.

Lastly, I adapted the inner part with a bit of fabric so that the alien would be comfortable during his trip. At the other end of where the hinge was sewn, I added a cord so that it would be like a security lock, so that the ship would not open during the flight. I also placed nylon thread at the upper end to make it fly. And that's it, we have our "Extraterrestrial" that will now travel around the universe, in a spaceship built from reused plastic.

Esta es una linda idea, para entretenerse con los niños y para hacer juguetes o adornos. Yo hice una nave espacial con su extraterrestre y seguramente a ustedes se les ocurrirán muchas ideas grandiosas para así aportar al cuidado del planeta.

This is a nice idea to have fun with the kids and make toys or ornaments. I made a spaceship with its alien and you will surely come up with many great ideas to contribute to the care of the planet.
