Un collar fantástico / A fantastic necklace
Era un día soleado
y salí con un cojín en mano,
busqué un tronco bajo
y me trepé de inmediato.
Me recosté a tomar el sol,
hacía un agradable calor,
podía disfrutar del clima de hoy
hasta qué algo ocurrió.
It was a sunny day,
and I went outside with a cushion in my hand.
I looked for a low tree trunk
and climbed up immediately.
I lay down to sunbathe.
It was pleasantly warm,
and I was enjoying the weather
until something happened.

A strange figure arrived,
brown and thin,
it was rustic and moved awkwardly,
it scared me and I climbed up a branch.
When it stopped, I looked down
and saw a strange being,
I picked a light green leaf
and gave it to him, so he could eat something.

Este ser todo se comió
y luego los ojos sacó,
era un raro caracol
que tras comer se marchó.
El gasterópodo dejó un rastro,
brillante y tornasolado,
lo tomé con cuidado
y me hice un collar fantástico.
This creature ate everything
and then took out the eyes.
It was a strange snail
that left after eating.
The gastropod left a trail,
bright and iridescent.
I picked it up carefully
and made myself a fantastic necklace.
