Un caballo de chocolate / A chocolate horse
El sol andaba paseando
y a la cocina entró un rato,
ahí encontró chocolate pardo
y tomó una cuchara para hacer algo.
Comenzó el chocolate a tallar,
sin ver lo que hacía con afán,
una escultura quería crear
hasta que se quedó dormido de forma fugaz.
The sun was wandering around
and entered the kitchen for a while,
where it found some brown chocolate
and took a spoon to make something.
It began to carve the chocolate,
without seeing what it was doing eagerly,
it wanted to create a sculpture
until it fell asleep fleetingly.
Cuando despertó
a su lado un caballo encontró,
saltó, es que se asustó
y tras un rato poco a poco se acercó.
Lo olfateo y descubrió
que era de chocolate marrón,
se dio cuenta que fue lo que tallo
la obra de arte que a sus espaldas creó.
When he woke up,
he found a horse beside him,
he jumped up, startled,
and after a while, he slowly approached it.
He sniffed it and discovered
that it was made of brown chocolate,
he realized that it was what he had carved,
the work of art he had blindly created.
El caballo siguió al sol contento
y al exterior salieron,
el astro tomo al animal sin miramiento
y se elevó hasta el cielo.
Ahora cuando miro hacia arriba,
veo al sol con nueva compañía,
es un animal de apariencia atractiva
un caballo de chocolate que el cielo visita.
The horse followed the sun happily,
and they went outside,
the sun took the animal without hesitation
and rose up into the sky.
Now when I look up,
I see the sun with new company,
it is an attractive-looking animal,
a chocolate horse visiting the sky.
