Sobre el sofá hay una pelusa,
blanca y sin belleza alguna,
su movimiento no asusta,
es lenta y sin astucia.

Al perro le llama la atención
y se acerca sin precaución,
la pelusa lo agrede sin temor
y el animal se aleja con determinación.

On the sofa there is a lint,
white and without any beauty,
its movement does not scare,
is slow and without cunning.

The dog is attracted by
and approaches without caution,
the lint fearlessly attacks it
and the animal moves away with determination.

Y es que aquella pelusa,
era una gata greñuda,
la mirada la tenía oculta,
entre la melena confusa.

Tras la terrible agresión,
la oreja del perro lástimo
y de ahí nació un corazón,
como sinónimo de perdón.

And that fluffy,
was a shaggy cat,
the look was hidden,
between the confused mane.

After the terrible aggression,
the ear of the pitiful dog
and from there a heart was born,
as a synonym of forgiveness.

Eso a la pela no le interesa,
no quiere que a su sofá venga
y cuando el perro de nuevo se acerca,
sale volando, esto le molesta.

Se va a vivir al cielo,
es que tiene el camuflaje perfecto,
una gata con mucho pelo,
que parece un nubarron bello.

She doesn't care about that,
doesn't want
to come to her couch and when the dog approaches her again,
flies away, it bothers her.

She goes to live in the sky,
is that she has the perfect camouflage,
a cat with a lot of hair,
that looks like a beautiful cloud.
