La mascota de la polilla / The moth's pet

Una polilla abusiva,
vino a vivir entre la ropa limpia,
no la invité, vino sólita
y una maleta traía.

Llegó y se instaló,
entre pantalones de negro color,
ella habilmente trepó
y dormida quedó,
hasta que la noche llegó.

An abusive moth,
came to live among the clean clothes,
I didn't invite her, she came on her own
and brought a suitcase with her.

She arrived and settled in,
among black pants,
she skillfully climbed up
and fell asleep,
until night came.

Cuando todo estaba oscuro,
la polilla salió de su lugar seguro,
busco un sitio húmedo,
para bañarse sin apuro
y retirar todo lo sucio.

De ahí,renovada salió
y hasta su hogar regresó
había una plancha a la cual se arrimó
para secar sus alas con dedicación
y quedar lista para su labor.

When everything was dark,
the moth left its safe place,
looking for a damp spot,
to bathe without haste
and wash away all the dirt.

From there it emerged renewed
and returned to its home.
There was an ironing board, which it approached
to dry its wings with dedication
and get ready for its work.

Antes de marcharse,
fue a revisar su equipaje,
de ahí saco algo inimaginable,
una pulga con un ojo grande,
un animal de compañía extravagante.

Los dos se marcharon a trabajar,
la polilla debía polinizar,
la pulga la acompaño con felicidad
es que la mejor amistad está,
en los animales de compañía que a nuestro lado van.

Before leaving,
he went to check his luggage,
from which he pulled out something unimaginable,
a flea with a big eye,
an extravagant pet.

The two left for work,
the moth had to pollinate,
the flea happily accompanied her,
because the best friendship is found
in the pets that walk beside us.
