Había un plato con manzanas,
verdes y bastante ácidas,
llega la señora manzana sin ser invitada
y junto a ellas se para.
Revisa la fruta con paciencia
y a la que está partida se acerca,
la toma con delicadeza
y con mucho cuidado se la lleva.

La arrastra un poco lejos,
dónde preparan galletas todo el tiempo,

She drags it a little further away,

Las manzanas se alejan del lugar
y van hasta donde una mesa hay,
La señora la manzana logra cargar
y la deja en la mesa con tranquilidad.
Se sienta en la silla
con felicidad respira,
hizo de una fruta insípida
una obra que alegra la vida.
The apples move away from the spot
and go to where there is a table,
the lady manages to pick up the apple
and places it gently on the table.
She sits down on the chair
and breathes happily,
