La Luna con sueño /The Moon with sleep

La Luna no quiere ir a trabajar,
tiene sueño, no se quiere levantar,
en la cama se quiere quedar,
no le importa que la noche quede en oscuridad.

Un pájaro alcaravan,
viene a la Luna a buscar,
pero la ve dormida, profunda está,
así que se sienta a esperar.

The Moon does not want to go to work, she is sleepy, she does not want to get up,
in bed she wants to stay,
she does not care that the night remains in darkness.

An alcaravan bird,
comes to the moon to look for it,
but it sees it asleep, it is deep,
so it sits down to wait.

Cuando la Luna despierta,
con el pájaro conversa,
le asegura que está enferma
y que no trabajará mientras mal se sienta.

El pájaro se marcha por medicamentos
y la Luna busca un escondite bueno,
tiene pereza, quiere seguir durmiendo
y en un estante se sube para seguir su sueño.

When the Moon wakes up,
she talks to the bird,
assures it that she is sick
and that she will not work as long as she is not feeling well.

The bird leaves for medicines
and the Moon looks for a good hiding place,
she is lazy, wants to continue sleeping
and climbs on a shelf to continue her dream.

El pájaro regresa con acetaminofen,
pero a la Luna no ve,
piensa que a la clínica se fue,
hasta que la ve escondida bien.

Le pasa la medicación,
para que la tome y se ponga mejor,
la Luna trata de ignorar la situación,
ella no quería trabajar hoy.

The bird comes back with acetaminophen,
but he does not see the Moon, he
thinks she went to the clinic,
until he sees her hiding well.

He passes her the medication,
so she can take it and get better,
the Moon tries to ignore the situation,
she didn't want to work today.

La Luna accede a tomar medicinas,
aunque en realidad enfermedad no tenía,
el pájaro la anima
y la acompaña a brillar sin medida.

La Luna de va a trabajar,
en las noches brilla sin parar,
ella quería dormir de más,
pero un pájaro la motivo a trabajar.

The Moon agrees to take medicine,
although she is not really sick,
the bird encourages her
and accompanies her to shine without measure.

The Moon goes to work,
at night she shines without stopping,
she wanted to sleep too much,
but a bird motivated her to work.
