Una gallina desesperada llega
en busca de su hijo y no lo encuentra,
es un pollo de mirada sincera
y anaranjadas plumas gruesas.

Entre todas las gallinas lo busca
y se enfada de manera súbita,
lanza sin respeto las figuras
y se marcha a buscar en otras rutas.

A desperate hen arrives
in search of her son and cannot find him,
he is a chick with a sincere gaze
and thick orange feathers.

She searches for him among all the hens
and suddenly becomes angry,
disrespectfully tossing the figures aside
and leaving to search elsewhere.

Regresa a su hogar
y se pone a llorar,
una flor se acerca pars hablar
y le dice que en lo alto está.

La gallina precavida lo escondió
pero sin razón, lo olvidó
la flor le dice donde lo guardó
y la gallina sonríe, a su hijo halló.

She returns home
and begins to cry,
a flower approaches to speak to her
and tells her that he is up high.

The cautious hen hid him,
but without reason, she forgot.
The flower tells her where she hid him,
and the hen smiles, having found her son.

La gallina se queda con su hijo
y tras un rato lo deja escondido,
debe salir a otro sitio
y al regresar piensa que se ha perdido.

La historia se repite siempre,
la gallina olvida las cosas fácilmente
al pollito esconde sutilmente
y la flor le dice donde está este.

The hen stays with her chick
and after a while leaves it hidden,
she must go somewhere else
and when she returns she thinks it has gotten lost.

History always repeats itself,
the hen forgets things easily,
the chick hides subtly,
and the flower tells him where it is.

Que bueno es tener,
amigos que te cuiden bien,
si olvidas quien eres alguna vez,
te recordarán que eres un maravilloso ser.

How wonderful it is to have
friends who take good care of you.
If you ever forget who you are,
they will remind you that you are a wonderful person.
