La fruta empática / The empathetic fruit

Hay un pastel en la cocina,
de chocolate con algo de vainilla,
tiene cobertura sencilla
se ve apetecible y con forma definida.

Dos frutas fútbol andan jugando
con una papa de tono amarillado
la lanzan felices sin cuidado
y al pastel le agrada, sonríe por un rato.

There is a cake in the kitchen,
chocolate with a hint of vanilla,
it has a simple frosting,
it looks appetizing and has a defined shape.

Two soccer balls are playing
with a yellowish potato,
they throw it happily without care,
and the cake likes it, it smiles for a while.

Aquella sonrisa atrae la atención
y las frutas hablan entre las dos,
de repente sin consideración,
la papa lanzan con vigor.

Y le pegan al pastel
el pobre no se siente bien,
un agujero hacen en él
y se alejan, el juego no se debe detener.

That smile attracts attention,
and the fruits talk between themselves,
suddenly without consideration,
they throw the potato with vigor.

And they hit the cake,
the poor thing doesn't feel well,
they make a hole in it
and walk away, the game must not stop.

El pastel queda muy nostálgico
y uno de los frutos regresa despacio,
trae una venda para curarlo
y tapar el agujero que le ha quedado.

Esto alegra al pastel
y su felicidad un corazón hace nacer,
en un lado crece, se ve bien
gracias a la solidaridad de otro ser.

The cake feels very nostalgic,
and one of the fruits slowly returns,
bringing a bandage to heal it
and cover the hole that remains.

This makes the cake happy,
and its happiness gives birth to a heart,
which grows on one side and looks good,
thanks to the solidarity of another being.

Hay que ser responsables,
tener cuidado de no dañar a nadie
y si por algún caso lastimas a alguien,
se empático y quédate para ayudarle.

Siempre sé como la fruta,
que ayudó sin amargura,
solucionó todo con astucia
y se marchó tranquilo, sin premura.

Be responsible,
be careful not to hurt anyone,
and if you do hurt someone,
be empathetic and stay to help them.

Always be like the fruit,
which helped without bitterness,
solved everything with cunning,
and left calmly, without haste.
