La caída de la mesa / The fall of the table

Me caí de la mesa
y no sé cómo regresar a ella,
soy unas pastilla buena,
que quita el dolor a quien lo padezca
y que no debo ser consumida sin receta,
aunque algunos de mi se aprovechan
y me toman como si agua fuera.

I fell off the table
and I don't know how to get back to it,
I am a good pill,
that takes away the pain to whoever suffers from it
and that should not be consumed without a prescription,
although some people take advantage of me
and take me as if I were water.

Pasa una hormiga marrón
y le pido ayuda para esta situación,
ella me agarra sin precaución
y sin querer me parte en dos.
Las hormigas son trabajadoras,
no se angustia, busca solución ahora,
me tritura con sus patas musculosas
agrega agua, hace una masa y me forma.

A brown ant passes by
and I ask her for help in this situation,
it grabs me without caution
and unintentionally breaks me in two.
Ants are hard workers,
not anxious, they are looking for a solution now,
it crushes me with its muscular legs
adds water, makes a mass and forms me.

Me debe dejar secar muy bien
mientras tanto ella lee y me cuida también,
cuando pasa el tiempo lista estoy,
soy la pastilla que de la mesa cayó.
La hormiga empieza a ascender
y me lleva con delicadeza esta vez,
me deja en la parte superior,
sobre la mesa que es donde vivo yo.

She must let me dry very well
In the meantime she reads and takes care of me too,
when time goes by I'm ready,
I am the pill that fell from the table.
The ant begins to ascend
and carries me gently this time,
it leaves me on the top,
on the table which is where I live.
