El hongo mal educado / The ill-mannered mushroom

En la ducha ha crecido un hongo,
deforme y gracioso,
parece no tener rostro,
pero si amplios apoyos
que mueve rápido, es habilidoso
y con un cuerpo velloso.

In the shower has grown a fungus,
deformed and funny,
seems to have no face,
but wide supports
that moves fast, is skillful
and with a hairy body.

Creció por la humedad del lugar
y ahora no sé quiere marchar,
mi perro lo va a olfatear
y ese hongo se porta mal
le jala las orejas sin amabilidad
y sale llorando el pobre can.

It grew because of the humidity of the place
and now it doesn't want to leave,
my dog goes to sniff it
and that fungus behaves badly

and the poor dog goes out crying.

Con esto no estoy de acuerdo,
no puede hacer daño a mi perro
por eso con amabilidad le entrego
un libro grueso,
es un manual de convivencia nuevo,
que escribí para que vivamos con respeto.

Aquel hongo deja ver su mirada
y comienza a leer el libro sin gracia,
no le gusta lo que dicen las páginas
por eso deja todo y se va sin nada,
no quiere convivir con reglas claras,
él quiere comportarse como le plazca.

That mushroom lets see his look
and begins to read the book without grace,
does not like what the pages say
that's why he leaves everything and goes without anything,
does not want to live with clear rules,
he wants to behave as he pleases.

En casa el hongo extrañaremos,
pero la convivencia es primero,
hay que dejar ir lo que no es bueno
y abrazar lo que nos pone contentos,
como mi buen perro,
un chico noble y lleno de pelos.

At home we will miss the fungus,
but coexistence comes first,

and embrace what makes us happy,
