El fantasma viajero / The Traveling Ghost

Un fantasma va navegando
en un barco colorado
lo hace un poco rápido,
para no voltearse a su paso.

El mar está calmado
y con habilidad va avanzando,
hasta que llega al lugar indicado,
una pradera de césped largo.

A ghost is sailing
in a red boat
going a little fast,
so as not to capsize along the way.

The sea is calm
and he navigates skillfully,
until he reaches his destination,
a meadow of tall grass.

El fantasma del barco se baja
y se va caminando con gracia,
hasta que se cansa
y se sienta en una roca grisácea.

Desde ahí espera,
un caballo de madera,
que con lentitud se acerca
y se monta sin problema.

The ship's ghost steps down
and walks away gracefully,
until he grows tired
and sits down on a grayish rock.

From there he waits
for a wooden horse,
which slowly approaches,
and he mounts it without a hitch.

El fantasma se va galopando,
ya olvidó el viejo barco,
y cuando ya no quiera ir en caballo,
seguro lo dejará en algún lado

Lo único que sé
es que el fantasma de esta tierra se fue
y en el cielo se ve está vez
junto a la Luna que brillante es.

The ghost gallops away,
