El entrenador de mariposas / The butterfly coach

Un pimentón maduro y bello,
tomó su maleta sin miedo,
se fue a vivir a su propio apartamento
un lugar cálido y pintoresco.

Llegó cansado por el trasteo
y se sentó a descansar un momento,
había un sofá grande en su aposento
donde se quedó dormido al momento.

A ripe and beautiful bell pepper,
took his suitcase without fear,
went to live in his own apartment,
a warm and picturesque place.

He arrived tired from the move
and sat down to rest for a moment.
There was a large sofa in his room
where he fell asleep immediately.

El tiempo pasó y la noche llegó,
el pimentón cuenta no se dio,
siguió durmiendo sin interrupción
y un pájaro a cantar entró.

No hay mejor despertador que las aves
y esta llegó a cantar sin afanes,
despertó al pimentón de forma agradable
que debía trabajar en sus planes.

Time passed and night fell,
the paprika didn't wake up,
it continued sleeping without interruption
and a bird came in singing.

There is no better alarm clock than birds
and this one came to sing without haste,
it woke the paprika up pleasantly
so it could work on its plans.

El pimentón sacó de una maleta,
una mariposa brillante y bella,
la llevó hasta la silla nueva
y la entrenó para que bajara y subiera.

Es que este pimentón rojo,
es entrenador de lepidópteros,
al terminar la sesión guardó todo
para llevar a la mariposa a un jardín hermoso.

The paprika took out of a suitcase,
a bright and beautiful butterfly,
took it to the new chair
and trained it to go up and down.

This red paprika
is the one who trains the butterflies.
When the session was over, he put everything away
to take it to a beautiful garden.

Salió con ella en la maleta guardada
y caminó por zonas extrañas,
llegó hasta un árbol qué viejo estaba
y la liberó para que su destino encontrara.

Cuando la mariposa su vuelo siguió
el pimentón a su residencia regresó,
descansará un día, tal vez dos
para trabajar luego con dedicación.

He left with her in his suitcase
and walked through strange places,
until he reached an old tree
and set her free to find her destiny.

When the butterfly continued her flight,
the paprika returned to his residence,
where he will rest for a day, maybe two,
before getting back to work with dedication.
