El ciempiés con miedo / The centipede in fear

Andaba la neblina en la ciudad,
circulando llegó sin avisar,
se apoderó del pavimento y lo demás,
el suelo no se podía observar.

Un ciempiés que por ahí andaba,
se angustió con esta escena inesperada,
sintió que el mundo la abrumaba,
y comenzó a saltar para que el cielo la abrazara.

The fog in the city,
circulating arrived without warning,
took over the pavement and the rest,
the ground could not be observed.

A centipede that was walking around,
was distressed with this unexpected scene,
felt that the world overwhelmed her,
and began to jump for the sky to embrace her.

El cielo parecía estar desolado,
no se veía nada en ningún lado,
solo el azul mágico,
el sol se había esfumado.

De repente se observa
una sombra que se acerca,
es sombría, pero bella
y un sutil brillo lleva.

The sky seemed to be desolate,
nothing could be seen anywhere,
only the magical blue,
the sun had vanished.

Suddenly you see
a shadow approaching,
is gloomy, but beautiful
and a subtle glow carries.

El ciempiés se alegra,
y con más aliento sus pies eleva,
quiere que lo salven de la niebla
y la sombra con cuidado lo eleva.

Es la Luna, llena de nobleza,
que en su tiempo libre se acerca,
al animal se lleva,
a un lugar donde no hay niebla.

The centipede rejoices,
and with more breath he lifts his feet,
wants to be saved from the fog
and the shadow carefully lifts him up.

It is the moon, full of nobility,
who at her leisure approaches,
the animal is carried away,
to a place where there is no fog.
