El baúl de la Luna / The Moon's Trunk

La luna está guardando algo,
en un baúl marrón algo arcaico
lo cierra bien y se marcha rápido,
debe ir a trabajar, la noche la está esperando.

Cuando la oscuridad hace presencia
del baúl sale una figura bella,
se desliza por el suelo sin problema
y sobre la cama se recuesta.

The moon is hiding something,
in a brown trunk, something archaic.
She closes it tightly and leaves quickly,
she must go to work, the night is waiting for her.

When darkness falls,
a beautiful figure emerges from the trunk,
sliding smoothly across the floor
and lying down on the bed.

Cuando la Luna regresa al amanecer,
no sabe que pudo suceder,
toma a aquel ser
y lo guarda en el baúl que antiguo es.

La Luna necesita saber que sucede
y tras un reloj se esconde hábilmente
ahí espera pacientemente,
hasta que el baúl comienza a moverse.

When the Moon returns at dawn,
it doesn't know what could have happened,
it takes that being
and keeps it in the old trunk.

The Moon needs to know what is happening
and hides skillfully behind a clock,
where it waits patiently
until the trunk begins to move.

Sale aquella figura nuevamente
y se recuesta tranquilamente,
en la cama se duerme
y la Luna ahora todo comprende.

A aquel ser el baúl no le agrada
prefiere dormir en una cama
ahora la Luna comprende lo que pasa
y lo deja donde la comodidad lo abraza.

That figure comes out again
and lies down quietly,
falls asleep in bed,
and now the Moon understands everything.

That being does not like the trunk,
prefers to sleep in a bed,
now the Moon understands what is happening
and leaves it where comfort embraces it.

La figura bonita se siente contenta
y le nace un corazón de blanca presencia,
ahora magia lleva,
es la alegría que no lo suelta.

The beautiful figure feels happy
and a heart of white presence is born within her,
now she carries magic,
it is the joy that does not let go.
