El amor del pimentón / The love of paprika

A paprika pinton that is red as love, with a shell was found, from an egg, which went away and left its shell, forgotten and heartless.

El pimentón lo empujó,
fijamente lo miró,
el cascarón no respondió,
un ser inerte quedó,
tras el abandono que sufrió,
de un huevo que en la barriga de alguien quedó.

The paprika pushed him, stared at it, the shell did not respond, an inert being remained, after the abandonment it suffered, of an egg that remained in someone's belly.

El pimentón pinton
rojo como el amor,
un trozo de él le regalo,
con forma de corazón
y le dio vida al cascarón
que de nuevo sonrió
con el regalo que recibió.

The paprika, which is as red as love, a piece of it I gave her, in the shape of a heart and thus gave life to the shell that smiled again with the gift it received.

Es que así es el amor,
repara todo sin condición,
da nueva vida, da ilusión,
da esperanza en cualquier situación.
