Cuando te quedas encerrada / When you get locked in.
Quiero salir de esta caja,
me siento asfixiada,
la tapa es demasiado pesada
y no me gusta estar encerrada.
I want to get out of this box,
I feel suffocated,
the lid is too heavy
and I don't like being locked up.
¿Qué cómo a este sitio llegué?
fue porque yo a mi misma me engañé,
una servilleta salió del lugar aquel,
la seguí y dentró me quedé.
How did I get to this place?
It was because I deceived myself,
a napkin came out of that place,
I followed it and I stayed inside.
No logré salir
y en la oscuridad el cambio vino a mí,
cuando la caja de nuevo se abrió,
me había convertido sin explicación
en una servilleta de claro color.
I didn't make it out
and in the darkness the change came to me,
when the box opened again,
I had become without explanation
into a light-colored napkin.
No sé que ocurrió,
pero mal no me siento yo,
tengo una nueva condición
y me acepto como soy.
I don't know what happened,
but I don't feel bad myself,
I have a new condition
and I accept myself as I am.

Sorry you had to follow the napkin to a place you barely know but the thing is you had the opportunity to experience a new place,and a new look. I love that you are accepting who you are afterwards. That's the best thing to do in life, we should always learn to appreciate and accept ourselves wherever we are.
