Amigos en el espacio / Friends in space

Baja algo muy rápido,
es rojo con blanco,
parece un ser del espacio,
sin nave pero con casco.

Aterriza tras una taza
y por ahí asoma su cara,
camina hacía una caja
y ahí junto a la galleta se guarda.

Something comes down very quickly,
it's red with white,
it looks like a being from space,
without a ship but with a helmet.

It lands behind a cup
and its face peeks out of it,
it walks towards a box
and there, next to the cookie, he keeps it.

Descansa por un rato
y luego empieza su trabajo,
sale de la caja sin reparo
y lleva la galleta a su lado.

La trata con delicadeza,
no quiere dañar la pieza,
se van poco a poco marchando,
despacio pero avanzando.

He rests for a while
and then begins his work,
she steps out of the box nonchalantly
and carries the cookie to his side.

He treats it gently,
he doesn't want to damage the piece,

Va tras la taza que lo recibió
y empieza a volar con determinación,
lleva tras de él, el galleton,
con una cuerda de poco grosor.

Es así como llegan al espacio,
y observan el universo con agrado,
aquel hombre compañía a encontrado
y la galleta un nuevo hogar a hallado.

He goes after the cup that received him
and begins to fly with determination,
carrying behind him, the galleton,
with a thin rope.

This is how they reach space,
and observe the universe with pleasure,
that man companion has found a new home
and the cookie has found a new home.
