As the years go by we get a lot of objects or things that are really ingenious and brilliant, there are some that are so simple that many times they even go unnoticed, but that really make our lives much easier or more comfortable, if I were to name the things that seem most brilliant to me I think I would go on too long, I look around me and there are many things that I could tell you about that seem very brilliant to me, but I am going to mention the ones in my daily life, the ones I have most at hand and that I use the most and I am grateful that they were invented.

It's incredible but this small personal item for me is something wonderful, among my personal things I can't miss the clips or hooks to hold or collect my hair, I use them from the moment I get up, they give me that great ease of collecting my hair in a second and thus begin my routine of the day, it is such a brilliant item that I don't know what would become of us girls if we didn't have this important object.

Nowadays there is a wide variety of hair clips or hooks that we can choose in the way we like the most, they can be small, medium or large, of varied colors, shapes of all kinds so you can choose the one that best matches your Outfit, durable and resistant materials, among them you can get clips in plastic, pasta, metal, figures such as flowers, bows among others.

FUNCTION

You can put your hair up in just seconds. The big difference between a clip and an elastic is that with an elastic, you have to wrap it several times to get it to hold your hair, and elastics deteriorate over time. Sometimes they even stretch and no longer fit your hair properly. Unlike clips, which last a very long time and, being made of durable materials like plastic, they can withstand anything: water, sun, wet or dry hair. You can even dye your hair and put it up with one of these clips. Then you wash it and it looks like nothing happened; they don't stain.

The wonder of the hair clip design is how a seemingly simple shape solves such a complex problem: holding hair of different textures and lengths securely and without damaging it.

This device has advanced so much over time that today we can get machines of many sizes, some from the size of a stapler, to large industrial machines that support almost any type of textile material, the machine I currently have I like very much because it has several sewing functions, in terms of its weight it is quite light and this makes it easy to carry from one place to another.

Sewing machines today have a large number of functions that make me fall more in love with them every day, every time I go to the stores and see the newest sewing machines I delight in seeing the number of functions that they can achieve, I can not complain about the sewing machine I have since it is quite useful and with functions that fascinate me, it can make seams of different models, some even serve to make certain types of embroidery, I can stick buttons, make buttonholes, sew only with a button, using the function to not use the pedal, thread the needle very easily with the built-in threader and it even has speeds to sew faster or slower this seems wonderful, ingenious, and exaggeratedly brilliant since it makes it much easier for me to achieve everything I set out to do in my sewing

I remember when I was a child, to change the channel on the TV, you had to turn a button until you reached the channel you wanted to watch. This was a very lazy moment 🤭, having to get up to change the channel, wait to see if you liked the program, and if not, having to get up again to change it. Nowadays, we have this wonderful ingenuity, such as the controls for many devices, but the best and the one I am most grateful for is the one for the TV. These allow you to change the TV to the channel you want as many times as you want from the comfort of your seat or bed, and perform other functions such as turning the volume up or down without having to get up 📺

Controls come in different shapes and sizes, the vast majority very comfortable and adapted for one-handed use, some large, others smaller, some a little heavy, and others quite light, but with all the functions inside them to control your TV the way you like best.

They allow you to change channels as many times as you want without having to move from the place where you are enjoying your favorite programs, in addition to changing channels they allow you to raise and lower the volume and currently with the new type of televisions, they allow you to change applications and enjoy the great wonders of the Internet, such as: music from applications like YouTube, various videos on TikTok, or your favorite movies on Netflix, Disney, among others, they also allow you to change the different characteristics of the image of your TV and this makes it a truly brilliant object.

Such a simple design with such a brilliant function, this ingenious little tool has been of great use over the years, with the very special feature of being able to cut almost any type of material, simplifying our lives with an ingenious and effective solution to a fundamental need: cutting.

They are two pieces joined together that can cut or divide almost any type of material, these can come from very small to quite large like those used in gardening, the vast majority in quite resistant metal materials, some that are used for children are made of plastic but that also manage to cut some materials, the shape of these is quite ingenious, the vast majority have two holes to insert our fingers and be able to handle them easily, currently in sewing there is one that does not have these holes but that is very useful for cutting threads or small pieces of fabric just as ingenious as traditional scissors.

FUNCTION

Scissors don't tear or damage the material; on the contrary, their function is very similar to that of a guillotine, except that they consist of two sharp metal blades that slide over each other, cutting the material cleanly and precisely. I use scissors a lot in my daily life, so much so that I have one in every room of my house. In my job as a seamstress, I have several since they must be adapted for each type of material. I have scissors for cutting fabric, scissors for cutting thread, and I also have scissors for cutting hair. In the kitchen, I have scissors that are multipurpose; I use them to open packages, to cut vegetables, among other things.

I've also discovered scissors that are for cutting metal. This is incredible since, being such a hard material, scissors can divide it into as many sections as you want, turning it into such a simple yet extremely useful and brilliant object.

And so we come across incredible, truly brilliant and amazing objects every moment, all thanks to the advances in science, physics, technology and human intelligence that make our lives much easier and more comfortable.
